Franchise 5 1 Posted October 25, 2012 Broncos RCB Tracy Porter was held out in Week 6 over fears he may suffer a seizure. The Broncos revealed Thursday that Porter suffered a seizure in camp, and experienced similar symptoms just before the team was set to depart for San Diego in Week 6. It appears he never actually suffered a second seizure, however. Porter has yet to be cleared for Week 8. "Right now, Tracy is being evaluated," coach John Fox said Thursday. "I don't know all the symptoms. When we figure out how to deal with the illness, then he'll be out here." Chris Harris or Tony Carter will fill-in opposite Champ Bailey if Porter can't give it a go against the Saints.
.AirMcNair. 1,232 Posted October 26, 2012 I can't understand how they allow people who have seizures to continue working when it comes to sports. Minnesota(the university)'s head coach has seizures, and has even had 2 or 3 on the field, yet he's allowed to come back and coach as soon as he feels like it. Yet your average person, from everything I've heard, cannot work or drive for 6 months after experiencing a seizure.
