Favre4Ever+ 4,476 Posted October 26, 2015 (edited) As the Indianapolis Colts' season spirals, the tension is reaching the upper levels of the organization. Following Sunday's 27-21 loss to the New Orleans Saints, the Indianapolis Star's Zak Keefer reported that Colts owner Jim Irsay and general manager Ryan Grigson engaged in a "heated conversation" in the locker room. NFL Media Insider Ian Rapoport noted that organizationally, real talk, honesty and debate are all encouraged. So just because it looks heated doesn't mean it's an argument or something that could boil to more than in-the-moment frustration. NFL.com I have a feeling that Irsay is about to blow this ship out of the water. Jags fans should be happy, well except Vin. Because as the Colts ship continues to sink, expectatrions should only be higher for this terribly awful division.
