Not sure why you put quotes around the word "women." Aren't you a prime believer in biogical definitions of gender? And obviously kavanaugh is an attack on women's health. He's a conservative. Just look at the mortality rates of women giving birth in conservative areas. It's the equivalent of third world countries. Conservatives are bad for human health in general. They live to gut healthcare for all but the rich. Also, there are many other reasonable kavanaugh isnt a "fine" candidate. He was obviously chosen because he believes presidents shouldn't be allowed to face any legal consequences for anything (a view he only seems to have when republicans are president for what it's worth, give how he went after Clinton when he was president). Not to mention there aren't literallly 100k documents relating to him that the republicans feel the need to hide from the senate and the public. Compared to when Kagan was confirmed as a justice when there were 0. Not to mention the odd question of how he was 200k in debt and paid off most of it in one year despite having a salary barely above that. But yes, the people protesting the rushjob of a disaster appointment that they want to hide a secret much as possible from the public to ensure that the president can commit as many crimes as he wants without consequence are fascists. Not the people trying to give power to that.

That was weird. Not bad, but weird. I'm sure there's a reason they chose to do that moment at this time, but its not super clear to me. I did like how the probation officer or whatever didn't give a shit about Jimmy's monologue.

Bills are gonna have the worst record but we already have a franchise QB (lol) so we're gonna trade down with Denver.
-
Incidentally, I can't stand either of them.

Finally we get some leftist rhetoric on tv thanks to *checks notes*...Tucker Carlson?
-
They'd all show up if they had to. I'd rather have the democratic senators campaigning to help take the senate than hurt their reelection chances for a symbolic stance that still ends with the exact same judges being put in place.
-
It's still 50-49 for republicans. Which 3 republicans aren't in attendance at the moment (since Pence breaks all ties)?
-
They can't actually stop them from being confirmed (no filibuster for judges thanks to gorsuch), so they pushed them through so they can get back to their states to campaign. Its not the best optics (and this was a scummy move by McConnell but what's new), but there is literally nothing they can do to stop them from being appointed so...eh.

404 error?

I mean that's certainly an act of aggression but I wouldn't say that means we're at war yet.
-
What? I'm not seeing any news of this.

Jonathan Banks killed it in that scene with the support group. This show just keeps ramping up. Though I'm annoyed that we're so sill far from Jimmy being a lawyer again. Probably won't happen until next season.

I mean even Bernie said Hillary was running the most progressive campaign in the history of the party (which it clearly was), and he has no problem shitting on Dems when he doesn't like them.
-
But we could've built on Obama to move further to the left. Unfortunately now we're in a state where yes, someone like John McCain would look progressive compared to what we have now.
-
It's amazing that despite all that he was still such an obvious step up from mccain and the republicans.
-
Because you judge Bennington for one act that was driven by a long battle with depression and other mental issues. With a clear state of mind, McCain spent decades making the world a worse place time and time again, knowing exactly what he was doing. Edit: Also, nobody said Bennington did a good thing when he killed himself. People say McCain served his country well, when the last time you could make that argument was almost 50 years ago.
-
I trashed John McCain when he was alive. I doubt you had an opinion on bennington in the slightest.
-
John McCain does what he could to hurt the poor to help the rich, yeah that might be a "political disagreement" to you, but to me thats a damning act of character. I can sleep just fine at night knowing how he's trash. Not to mention as has already been said, I don't much care for his family either. They're all bigger leeches than anyone on food stamps, no matter what John McCain and his ilk believe.
-
Well he can't say shit because he's dead. Unless hell is real, I suppose.
-
I'm not sure if thats in reference to me or him, becuase if its him then yeah thats what he should do. If its me then...ok?
-
Oh btw in other news, trump found out that you can see bad things about him when you google him so the government should take control of what results google displays. That's what you guys wanted, right?

You don't get to decide when using a slur is and isn't ok. Edit: and before you do the predictable "well neither do you" you're correct. I'm going with what the general Asian American community's response was. And before you find me some John McAsians who say it was ok, even if a few are fine with it, when a significant portion of the community (if not the large majority) say it's offensive to them, what good is done by you saying the slur regardless. Are you really upsetting anyone by not using a racial slur? Not to mention the whole "I was just talking about the captors" sounds like an excuse made up after you realized you fucked up.

I like the military because its a jobs program that trains underprivileged people in skills that they can use to secure a future for themselves. I just wish that such programs could get support from the general population without having to be attached to the military.

I'm not ashamed of the fact that I wasn't wherever you were.

Without getting into the nitty gritty of the mess that was WW1 it only falls into the "last 100 years" camp by 3 months.
