While I obviously would've like Richards on the Sabres, I gotta give props to management for realizing that he pretty much had already made up his mind and not wasting time waiting for his decision. Leino was the best option for us in free agency other than Richards and I don't think he'd still be available today.

Panthers need to spend a lot of money to get to the salary cap floor. I've loved what the sabres have done so far. While I obviously hope we can get Richards, I'm sure Darcy has a backup plan in case he goes elsewhere.

Fine then. LeBron makes 14.5 million a year. Name me two players who aren't on their rookie contracts that the heat would be better off with than LeBron whose combined salaries are less than that (and don't just name one star and a minimum salary scrub).

It doesn't work like that. LeBron is more valuble to a team than 2 players who are half as good as him. Even 3/4ths as good.

You guys who say he can't play in the 4th quarter don't remember the boston or chicago series do you? I don't like LeBron either, but if the Heat got rid of him, they become a good team that makes the playoffs, but never is a real threat.

Yeah, I doubt they'll make any episodes after this season ends. I just hope they don't start the next episode with everything back to normal.

Looking at the Rome hit, the suspension was unfair. That hit was timed just fine, it wasn't even one second after he passed the puck. As a sabres fan, this hit is always memorable to me Now, everyone agrees that it is a clean hit, but Rome's is a travesty? The only difference I see watching that is that he left his feet which is obviously a no-no. However, the correct penalty for that is 2 minutes, not 4 games. The NHL can't just punish players for the results of hits rather than the hits themselves.

I don't know how good my answers will be since it only happened about 6 months ago, but I figure it cant hurt. 1. Do both your parents spend a quality amount of time with you? Does one spend more time with you than the other. I'd say bpth make an effort to, but I'm a college student so I wouldn't be spending a ton of time with my parents anyways. I spend a bit more time with my mom but my dad still lives really close by so its not like he's out of my life. 2. How does thinking about the divorce make you feel? Not really upset about it. I had figured they were waiting for me to go away to school for years. 3. Have your feelings about the divorce changed from when you were younger and the divorce first happened? No, but again its only been 6 months. 4. How is life different at home now than it was before? I have a lot more time home alone, but I don't think thats really a bad thing haha. 5. How do your parents get along now that they are divorced? Does if affect you? They're still friends. They go out to dinner and stuff like that occasionally too. They said their main thing about it was that it didn't want to really make things bad for me or my brother. 6. How has your parents relationship changed your thoughts and opinions on relationships/marriage? Not really. Marriage is a serious commitment that sometimes doesn't last. 7. Has the divorce of your parents made it harder to trust others, including your parents? No. They were open and honest. 8. Have you seen a change in your parents attitude since the divorce happened? My mom has travelled more, but that could be more because she has less responsibilities. My dad has been basically the same. 9. Does living with only one parent make you feel more pressured and feel like you have to do more for the family? I do try to make plans to ave dinner with my dad and stuff, but other than that not really.
