The senate votes to go ahead with the nomination. Confirmation vote is tomorrow. Mostly all party lines but the two exceptions were Manchin voting yes and Murkowski voting no. Collins when Flake say they're still undecided but we'll see. I think Manchin is going to vote no if he'd be the deciding vote but will vote yes if they have enough republicans without him (the inverse Rand Paul). I'd be surprised if Murkowski votes yes after voting not to advance it today, so I suspect in the end it will be her as the only republican no and Manchin and maybe Mckaskill voting yes, making him confirmed.

Racism is a major part of the current Republican Party. You can't actually see that those people are democrats (if you ignore that most minorities and women in politics are Dems). Occams razor says to go for the simplest option. Saying "look at this" implies that something visually in the picture conveys a message. If you don't know they're democrats from outside context, what does the picture show? On the other hand, the picture does clearly show that they're minorities.
