5-11 is about as optimistic as I can be.

Thanks all!
You could always jump ship, cheer for a real team. Like the Broncos.
You know how many times I tried to root for another team, it just doesn't work. I tried the Pats for awhile and even tried the Steelers, Ravens and Bengals when the Browns left the city. Hardcoded - probably more so because I live here.

I've promised to be more active in the past and failed ya'll on that account. Football depression is real when your team doesn't give you any hope to expect anything but another embarrassing season. I became apathetic to football in general and for the first time last year I watched maybe 1 full game on TV - it was all I could stomach. I realized that the games were playing heavily into my mood from Monday to Wednesday and I was getting overly angry at the games and decided to distance myself from football.
Well fuck that, I was here so long because I enjoyed the regular visitors and contributors of this forum and I still miss you guys.
It looks like the Browns may have made some moves that will make them less embarrassing this year, but that doesn't mean shit. But...you guys are here and that makes it worth visiting often.

Damn, we're really in need of more Browns fans here. I'm going to try and participate more, but I understand those who have left. I became someone apathetic about my team in the last few years - generally just not doing more than watching games and being pissed off and really not wanting to talk about it.
Let's go out and get some more Browns fans here.

Cool thread idea. Should get some good discussion going. I'm too busy/lazy [?] to type out my positions on everything, but here are the five most important issues to me.
1) Education
2) Climate Change
3) Healthcare
4) Electoral Reform
5) Foreign Policy
I want to put reform of drug laws in the US on a federal level, but I agree with these 5.

I like PhillyD's take on it. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XHyOTEpUHIU
Fuck you United. You're garbage and everyone saw you being garbage.

I'm going with Superman, Hulk, Spiderman and the Batman.

Biased person here, but the Browns have to improved a little bit after last year. Coaching seems to be there and there are obvious talents on both sides of the ball, just need to put it together and get us some Oline and a QB. Maybe then....
-
To me, there's no three ways about it, it's Antonio Brown. He combines gamebreaking speed with pitch perfect routes, great hands, and gets great separation on most defensive backs in this league. Julio, Beckham and a bunch of other guys are extremely talented, but I don't think any one of them is the complete package that Brown is.
I think my top 5 is
1. Antonio Brown
2. Julio
3. AJ Green
4. Odell
5. Doug Baldwin
This would be my bet as well.

We need a QB. LeCharley said if you want to improve your line, pick up a good QB. That is pretty damn right on

Browns Hype
in AFC
Any other Browns fan not buying into the hype videos this year? Seems like we get the same shit with every new FO and I just can't get into it.
Here's one that was posted recently: http://www.snappytv.com/tc/2229820
I respect Hue, but we just don't got the talent. This year I'm not going to blindly follow as I have done my whole life. I need to see improvement.

^ You're probably right.

Been a long time since I left the gfx crew, but hoping someone out there can help me with a Stipe sig. One pic I had in mind was:
But opened to any suggestions about a better pic.
Thanks!

You have VR Natas? Man I want a Vive so badly, but I just can't justify the price tag.
It's was $98 and if I bought it on the 1st of this month would have been free with the device. If you have a samsung device and want to test VR, it's not a bad option.
I can't accept that VR will fail like 3D. There is a limit to what you can do with 3d in the home, but VR has so many areas of life it can affect. Imagine paralyzed people being able to control a bot with simple controls, imagine a few years from now when we can affect sensations on the body with VR. Remember how smart devices took off and just got better and better? Porn is going to push VR into legendary status.

This is what is so scary about AI we're not smart enough to design safeguards. If we (computer scientists and data scientists) can't protect our own data, money operations, what chance do we have protecting ourselves at something that is built to improve?
What if our next step in evolution isn't improvements to our own being, but the creation of this next technical being. Shit, what if we're all in a simulated environment. I get matrix vibe more than Skynet. Either way, we're fucked.

You were talking about the Warriors?
Hahaha, Indeed I was. Yes, I can see that being an issue.

I think there's pretty much 0 chance that KD goes anywhere to play second fiddle, even in the media's eyes.
He wouldn't be second on the Wizards and I wouldn't think the Knicks either. Carmelo has some talent, but KD is a superstar.

I dig players that are confident outwardly. I see no issue with this.

Poor WunWun. He's da real hero.

I agree with Single Payer System not only for the humanitarian service it'd be, but also because it would reduce the amount of money we spend in fraud and reign in dr costs. I am super skeptical of calling it a right. What other rights require that someone else give you something? We don't have a right to roads, but it is a service provided by the government via the tax system. I'd prefer to keep the relationship to that.
