It's probably because the initial play looked really bad for Harvin. It looked like he went over to our bench. Again, the play was flagged as UR by the refs, no reason for a fine.

I find the amount of Packer fans... disturbing. Anything, I got here because Goodell invited me. At least I think it was Goodell. I don't really recall now. If epic shit doesn't go down in the shoutbox when the Bucs and Packers play each other, considering how many of each fanbase we have here, I will be sorely disappointed.

Heavy Rain is one of three or four games I have played that are console-exclusive, since I don't have one, I used a friend's. It's one of the best games, plot-wise, ever. And I really don't think that's an exaggeration. Just a great game. I'm currently going through Mass Effect 1 and 2 again to set up Shephards for Mass Effect 3. I'm also going to get Skyrim as soon as it comes out.

Yeah, you can forget about me getting it for the time being. On the PC, you have to have Windows 7 or Vista, since I didn't get either one, (because I dislike both of them, and because I don't care to spend $150 for an OS when I already have one that works fine- XP), I won't be getting BF3. I don't have enough money to waste $200 on a game and an OS. Damn microsoft trying to force people to upgrade. If Mass Effect 3 comes out with a windows 7/vista requirement... something bad is going to happen.

If I understand this correctly, it would not matter how many doors there were, as long as this same scenario plays itself out, you will always have a better chance of winning if you swap doors, than if you stay with the same door.

Watership Down was one of the best books I've ever read. Keep in mind I read it some time back, so my memory may simply be choosing to leave out the bad parts. The movie was pretty good, too, not as great, but good.

You just got wrecked by the Eagles 34-7. The Rams just beat the Saints 31-21. The Cards nearly pulled off an upset of Baltimore. You really should never say there isn't "a chance" that any one team will defeat any other in the NFL.

I know you were. I am no longer keeping "track" of that, so to speak. The inactive columns now simply mean that they did not pick the last week, or that they did not pick the last two weeks. Everyone else will be put in the main column, which is based solely off of wins. So your record is still correct, 69-34, but you would be ranked the same as someone who is 69-47. It makes more sense that way. Anyone who is inactive three weeks in a row will be dropped from the rankings until they begin participating again, at which point I will go find their last record, and stick them back in the main column. Make sense? This way you can see exactly where you are, and if you're catching up or falling behind more, easier than the other way. (Also, it gave me an excuse to put Bangy in last place. )

I kinda agree, but I was just pointing out that they have faced two tough teams. The statement that they have faced NO tough teams was erroneous, that was what I was saying. And badgers, I'll see if I can get that together. Do you want me to wait till Friday to do it to give more people time, or just go ahead and do that Thursday?

And that is why I wouldn't mind the GB organization being the one to go 19-0 finally, whereas I was heavily rooting against NE to do so. Class. I'd say my respect for Aaron just went way up, but I already figured he'd say something like that.

I like this kind of smack talk. He's just calling them out. It's different than saying the other team sucks and we're going to kick your ass because we practice against better players on our second squad. Ravens/Steelers rivalry is fun to watch as a neutral observer.

The Good: Cam Newton. 'Nuf said. Acquiring Greg Olsen and Jeremy Shockey. Getting not one, but two good pass-catching and pass-blocking TEs to help out a rookie QB was a great move. Picking up Antwan Applewhite, though I'm unsure if that was in preseason or during the regular season. Regardless, I like him. The Bad: Not acquiring any real help at the defensive tackle/end position after Edwards went down. Fua and McClain clearly aren't capable of a sustained pass rush on that side, leaving only Charles Johnson as a threat. Double-team him, and opposing QBs have all day to throw. The Ugly: Getting no WR threats to help Smitty out after Ghettis tore his ACL. And no, Nanee does not count here.

And of course the Bills didn't make any mistakes that could be corrected letting the Pats get to that 21-0 lead. All I said was that the Bills have shown they *can* beat the Pats. Which they have. And if they do it again, they will have the tiebreaker over New England. Which is true. Both of those statements are simply facts, not hype.

I would disagree that he is playing as well as Newton, but perhaps that just my personal bias kicking in- I would argue the Bengals are a much better overall football team, and having a top-5 defense takes a ton of pressure off of a rookie QB. Whereas Cam pretty much has to do it all himself. 2. The Bengals schedule, with two exceptions, has been remarkably soft. Against the Bills, he did okay, but still not great, and against the Niners he was completely shut down. I would like to see what he does against a defense like Pittsburgh or Baltimore before being sold on him.

Ranga, you have something wrong in your original post, as it stands now, the Chiefs are winning the AFC West due to tiebreakers. At least, I think they are. Except, the Bills have shown they can beat Brady and the Pats. If they do it once more, they have a nice tiebreaker. AFC: 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. :Patriots: 6. NFC: 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6.

Just fyi, this is not true. The Bengals faced and defeated the Bills 23-20, and lost to San Fran 13-8.
