Again, he played in 13 games so his stats aren't going to be as high as those that have. A lot of top WR's have a number of poorish games with big games that pad there stats. And yes, he was the 18th best WR last year over 13 games. There are also 18 WR's on the top-100 list.

What the hell is McNabb doing on this list? He was horrible last year and even if you take into account his career, which the players clearly have, he's only been a good QB, not a great one with the exception of 2004. The only other seasons he's ever gotten a QB rating of 90 or higher were ones he didn't play all 16 games in. I also don't get the Owens hate on here. The guy had 72 rec, 982 yards, and 9 TD's in 13 games. His stats with the Bills was just a product of being on such a shitty team. Clearly the players still know he can ball.

The line-up was obvious, it's what they both played in college and with CLayborns Erbs he's probably better off at RE anyway. Good to hear that according to Dominik Bowers knee is not degenerative, which was the big reason why he fell. Dominik also doesn't expect him to need micro-fracture surgery anytime soon. Sounds like we'll be doing something similar with what they do with Winslow. Give him rest when needed during the week and get him ready to play on game day. My only worry is him re-injuring the knee. Now that the meniscus has been torn it's going to be naturally weaker, and seeing as it's supposed to help with integrity he's going to have to be careful while playing. But he did play on the injured knee in college and still managed to be productive, and it should get a lot better before the season starts. I've warmed up to the pick, even if we only get 4-6 years of great production from him that's more than a lot of 2nd round picks so it would be worth it.

I don't mind this. Ruud isn't a bad MLB but he also wasn't as good as we needed him to be. Better to move on now while we're still early in rebuilding rather than later. I'm pretty excited to see what Mason Foster can bring to the team.

Good move, he isn't nearly ready enough to start in the NFL.

LMFAO, even if he's not a good President, I can appreciate people with a sense of humor, especially politicians. That shit was hilarious.

I hate how people just look into what they want and toss around the "racist" word like everyone's against them. Last I checked there were plenty of good Nigerians no one has avoided, there are probably more black guys in the NFL than any other race, and since when was being "too educated" a bad thing in football? Teams want their players smart, that's what the wonderlic test is for.

I think the Giants got the perceived best quality players for their spots. I also think the Redskins did a very good job at accumulating picks and grabbing some good players. Saints had a good draft, and I also think the Bengals are being over looked by many. I'd probably give it to the Giants though. I feel Prince, Marvin, and even Greg Jones were a bit of steals. Plus, they addressed a lot of positions without reaching for players.

Bucs weren't high on Prince, likely would have passed on him if he fell
Shotgun replied to SteVo's topic in NFC
I figured as much after they didn't bother getting CB in the first few rounds. They sounded like they were pretty high on Clayborn, they likely would have taken him over a lot of other DE's also. Besides, they've been high on E.J. Biggers for a while now. If they don't have Talib they'll just start him and switch in Lewis here and there. In fact, here's a quote regarding Biggers: -
"I would rather become a lady, than not get to watch Tom Brady." lmfao

Cam Newton will be given the opportunity to start as a rookie
Shotgun replied to SteVo's topic in NFC
He went #1 overall so this was no surprise. He won't be ready though. He's going to get destroyed, and possibly lose his confidence. This is a really bad season to throw a guy like Cam to the wolves. Not only does he have to go against all the NFC South teams and their D-lines, the Panthers have to play against the defense pass-rushers of the Packers, Cardinals, Bears, Titans, Vikings, Lions, and Colts. He's also playing behind a an O-line that was the 2nd worse in pass protection. I'd be surprised if he makes it through the season without a bad injury. -
Offense: Mark Ingram Defense: Prince Amukamara I pick Mark Ingram because he'll likely be the #1 back and he'll be running behind one of the best O-lines in football. He'll have to share touches, but I don't see the Saints sharing them as they have in the past, mostly because they haven't actually had a true #1 RB, they've all been mediocre and more of a product of the O-line. If he stays healthy I'd expect him to at least get 1200+ yards as a rookie. I picked Prince because he is behind a pretty good D-line. They'll make him look good. I almost put Nick Fairley thinking he might get some inflated numbers because he's right beside Suh, but let's face it, Fairley will likely just inflate Suh's numbers.

1. Adrian Clayborn 2. Mason Foster 3. Ahmad Black 4. Allen Bradford 5. Da'quan Bowers 6. Luke Stocker 7. Anthony Gaitor 8. Daniel Hardy

I'd give the Bucs a B. Still think the Bowers pick is so-so right now. The rest were all quality players.
-
He also had a rod put into his leg that slowed him down a lot.
-
G-men got 2 steals and a 3rd quality pick. I'd have to give it to them.
-
Neither honestly surprised me. I thought Bowers would go late round 2 or even in round 3. Mallett has some serious character issues, so that's not surprise either. What did surprise me was Marvin Austin and Brandon Harris falling where they did.

Dion Lewis RB - Good change of pace back to put behind Blount. Elusive, decently fast, but I really like him because he can catch the ball, something Blount doesn't really excel at. Greg Salas WR- Has the potential to be the next Wes Welker. Very good hands, and excels at routes within 5-15 yards. Lee Smith TE - Great blocking tight end, but fully capable of making an impact in the passing game. 2 time captain and vocal leader, something we know Dom and Raheem look for in their picks. Needs a bit of coaching, but he has all the talent to be a great run and pass blocker. Virgil Green TE - Another former Captain with a good work ethic. A receiving TE that's not that great at blocking but has good hands, can catch tough balls, and can get down the field fast. Marcus Cannon T - I wouldn't mind taking a later round pick on this guy. He needs a lot of coaching but he has all the talent needed to succeed. Very massive body. While he played both RT and LT in college, I personally think he could also excel at Guard in the NFL. Bucs could either put him in at LG or RT, both positions in need of depth. Greg Jones ILB - Another captain. Fits well into a Tampa-2 scheme. Great tackler. Worth at least a 5-6th round pick.
-
Their best player available excuse is crap. They passed on some pretty good players to grab those two mediocre players for their offense.
-
Dilfer likes talking out of his ass. As if he would know anything about being a good QB.
-
I figured as much. A lot of people had him playing C for the Dolphins.
