Pretty solid / accurate.

Did you predict that Cam Newton would take his impeccable style and actually elevate it?
-
Do you value him as a member of the Titans ? Because of so...

I have wanted to mess around with a couple of effects . I might just DL the PS free trial and try to haul ass and do it in 7 days (when the trial expires lol). No promises but any suggestions for players? And if you guys know anybody that can do or would do cuts / renders for said players that would be really helpful. That’s my kryptonite .

Just posting so I remember to do this tomorrow.

Let’s just pretend it ain’t there lol. I need to get PS on my new PC tho for real.

This shit was all planned... lol

Brown officially released. In come the Patriots

Yeah apparently the Raider fined him more than 200k for that video and “ conduct detrimental to the team “ which also voided 30M in guaranteed dollar.
-
So AB apologizes to the team today... then releases a Youtube video where he recorded his conversation with Gruden (which is illegal without consent in California, no word from the Raiders if that is the case) Cut bait and runnnnnn mother fuckers... lmao

2020 Democratic Primary Race

Yeah, if you just watch various rallies of his... It seems like he is really starting to slip mentally. Those types of things happen for sure - and I don't fault anyone for getting old. But those gaffes are only becoming more frequent and what if they get more severe as POTUS? And right or wrong... you know if he is the nominee that Trump is going to bash his skull in with that and probably the creepy Joe stuff as well. IDK that I like his chances much. He seems more like a sacrificial lamb than a true candidate. -
vin right now...

First thing I see after logging in for the first time in like 10 months.... My 2nd place trophy from last season. How cruel.

Empathy is a big reason why the world is better now than it ever has been in history. Obviously a lot of bad things still happen, there is still work to be done... but the spreading of empathy and trying to (at least a little) understand the struggle of others makes us better people.

Heard that. Or goes to a psychiatrist to be diagnosed with 5 million things with 10,000 different scrips — some of which is needed for sure but without therapy, you still watch them suffer and struggle. It’s hard to know when, how, and how far to insert yourself often times. At least it is for me.
-
And do you think I remember either one ? Haha. Ill figure it out tonight when I get home
-
I think the difference being applied her is that psychiatrists often don’t provide much, if any, actual therapy. They are, generally, there to diagnose and prescribe.

And therein lies the problem...

How do o get in

Valkyrie is bi and one of the characters (male) in Eternals is gay — we don’t know who that is yet though I don’t think. and while that Joker movie is totally unnecessary, I think it looks amazing. When are we getting a good Green Lantern.

I think you do see a lot of bad medicine being practiced in regards to children. Look how fast (many, not all) these doctors or psychiatrists are to diagnose a kid with ADHD or whatever other label / disease that is convenient for the adults at the time. Whether it’s teachers at school, the doctors, or even the parents... all they want is an “answer” and a “cure”. And for someone reason shoving pills down a kids throat makes everyone feel comfortable and better about the situation. Edit: And to bring that thought more full circle, in reality the parents (or other adults) usually just need to alter their own behavior to quell a child acting out or a super hyper kid. Maybe actually do stuff with them... take them outside. I don’t want to over simplify it, but if you’ve got a hyperactive kid — I think taking them out to see and do thing and expend that extra energy sure is a good thing to try before opening a bottle.

Oh, something I previously forgot to mention. Kirsten Gillibrand also failed to make the debate and has decided to drop out of the race. If you want to see rigged though, just watch CNN... They, very often, during election talk put up the top 5-6 candidates in the polls... Except for the fact that they leave Andrew Yang off who is consistently at 3% right now and put Beto up instead who is at 1% lol. Fuck Russia, the media plays such a huge role in who becomes President. It's really ridiculous.

Mental illness isn't your fault, but it is your responsibility. And I think it takes a combination of what Bware is saying and what Thanatos is saying. People that require help and assistance shouldn't have the added pressure of everyone else just assuming they put themselves in a situation to be sick. As Thanatos said, telling someone who is depressed to just wake up and be happy isn't plausible or actionable in anyway. But I think seeing a therapist and not just a psychiatrist who is willing to pump drugs into you is a big help. Just having someone there to actually listen is a great first step. But learning different coping mechanisms to get beyond (even a little) bouts of depression or anxiety or whatever it may be is also important. I am not anti-medication but what happens if you just go to a psychiatrist, get a bunch of pills without learning any coping skills / habits and then.... you run out of meds... your brain adapts to the current meds and the dosage is no longer effective... you take the meds, but you still have a bad day... etc etc for any number of scenarios. Even on medication, people can and do still suffer. And by no means are those coping solutions a "cure" -- that's naive. But it does prepare the individual to better deal with their disease beyond the medication. It's just an extra precaution that, IMO, should be taken to better (even slightly) your life.
