Good move. Now if the Browns can flip him to another team for a pick they will look like huge winners.
They can eat most if not all the remaining money he has left anyways.
But if they just outright cut him, they may of violated NFL rules by basically buying a draft pick.

I like the Switch so far. Its got a clean UI, its easy to switch from tv to gamepad. Only complaint is the lack of games right now. But that should change by the end of 2017.
Also the joycons are extremely nice, may be my favorite controller of any system.

OJ Howard is incredibly hard to judge because the talent is there but almost 0 college production because of the offense he played in. He definitely soared up boards after the Senior Bowl. But this TE class is also loaded soo

TD wasn't deserving. Yes those 4 years were outstanding but I don't like putting a player in because of "what could have been". There are plenty of players who had promising careers derailed by injuries. We gonna put them in too? To make matters worse TO who is probably the 2nd best WR of all-time was still left out.

You realize that PMI is only required if you put less than 20% down and for FHA loans. So if you put more than that down, this won't even apply to you. Or go with the conventional mortgage.

Didn't the Steelers get busted by the Giants for deflating footballs? I really don't think it gives you any advantage but the league deemed it cheating so..
