Smell My Face 13 Posted October 8, 2012 A guy just offered me this trade and I am on the fence about it: DeMarco Murray for Larry Fitzgerald. It is in a standard scoring league with 2 starting WRs, 2 starting RBs and a flex. My WRs and RBs look like this: Steve Smith, Car Mike Wallace, Pit Steve Johnson, Buf Willis McGahee, Den Rashard Mendenhall, Pit Mikel Leshoure, Det DeMarco Murray, Dal Chris Johnson, Ten Cedric Benson*, GB (Out) Should I pull the trigger? BC 331 Posted October 8, 2012 (edited) Counter it first, but I think you'd be a little weak at RB if you do it. You'd be going forward with Mendenhall and McGahee in all probability, and Leshoure might keep it up but he's like the Kenny Britt of runningbacks. And also, he's thinking he can have Demarco now before he hits his hot streak. But the fact of the matter is, considering how many starting runningbacks you have, he probably is so desperate that he would accept a lesser RB. Just give him McGahee, or even McGahee and Chris Johnson for Fitz. Offer and get back to us. Edited October 8, 2012 by BC
karl 3 Posted October 9, 2012 I would definitely not take this. Kolb is entirely too random for Fitz to be relied upon, Murray will continue to put up solid numbers as Romo's turnover problem continues.
Smell My Face 13 Posted October 10, 2012 Thanks for your input guys. I ended up not doing that trade. Figured I would stick with Murray.
