Favre4Ever+ 4,476 Posted January 15, 2015 The Washington Redskins have hired former Dallas Cowboys offensive coordinator and offensive line coach Bill Callahan, according to league sources. Callahan's title is offensive line coach. He received a lucrative three-year contract, the sources said. Callahan had offers from teams as both an offensive coordinator and offensive line coach before deciding to join the Redskins. Cowboys owner Jerry Jones expressed an interest in retaining Callahan, but it was evident quickly that the financial parameters he had in mind would be surpassed by any number of the eight teams reportedly showing interest in Callahan. The Cowboys initially requested they be provided a chance to counter any offer Callahan received. But it was clear their limitations would prevent a competitive offer. http://espn.go.com/nfl/story/_/id/12172192/former-dallas-cowboys-offensive-coordinator-bill-callahan-accepts-job-washington-redskins

CampinWithaMissingPerson 2,025 Posted January 16, 2015 I know the Jags wanted him as OL coach. Skins must of ponied up more $$$ or he just didn't want to coach in Jacksonville.
