  1. @BwareDWare94I wouldn't be so sure the history books will be all that unkind to Trump. George W Bush lied us into a war that put a lot of people, US military included in an early grave and he also made us the most spied upon society in human history but he gets liberty medals (fucking l o fucking l)from his buddy Joe Biden and he gets on TV to show off his paintings. He even gets to be buds with Ellen despite the fact that he literally rode a campaign based very largely upon homophobia. Guess Ellen cares about those tax breaks than civil rights lol. She is so full of shit. I mean, she always has been but still. Remember how unpopular Bush was? He was so unpopular we elected a black guy with a Muslim name. Now people are longing for the good ol' days of Bush.

This is what we call class unity. Vote blue no matter who though lol give me a fucking break. There's one party, folks. One big club and youuuuu ain't fucking in it.

  2. We're not fighting to win. We're fighting to make more munitions and bombs to keep the war machine going and We're fighting to keep that region in economic shambles so they can be easily taken advantage of by installing some puppet government lol. Countries like Saudi Arabia and UAE that cooperate don't get sanctioned or bombed. Also funny that Saudi Arabia and UAE...or private citizens in those countries sponsor terrorism. Makes you think doesn't it? Just like how we lost the Vietnam war but you can go stay at a nice resort in Vietnam for vacation :yao:

We cant just abandon our allies like this, though. There's a way to withdraw, and this isn't it. I'm glad we're getting our troops out, but this sends a horrific message to our allies.

Isn't this what they say about Iraq and Afghanistan all the time? Lol what is the right way?

Trump will 100% be impeached. He may not be removed, since the GOP lacks a spine unless its about war apparently, but impeachment only requires the House.

The Republicans are spineless by definition lol.

So, Trump has basically just betrayed the Kurds and allied with Erdogan. Congrats on becoming a rogue nation, America.

Becoming? Huh? Lol Turkey is probably another country We'll be seeing a Trump casino or hotel or whatever lol. These people are complete sociopaths and it didn't start on 2016.

Epstein hasn't gone away at all. It's in the courts. It takes a long time sometimes.

You think it gets the coverage it deserves? As far as I know, Wenxer or Maxwell has given any testimony. Don't you think his "suicide" should be a little bit more of a scandal. I think Megan Markel gets more press lol.

  6. Yeah I agree. It's inarguable that Trump is corrupt. This didn't start in 2016 though. Trump is so dumb and a lot of the people he brought in with him are so dumb that he's getting caught doing shit that is done all the time. Again, that's not to say that he shouldn't fry for being a corrupt piece of shit. He's been violating the emoluments clause since day fucking one. The real problem is the corruption of the system. Democrats don't want to address that because it's making them rich and famous too. It speaks to a disturbing lack of integrity within the party to give Biden a pass on this. Why haven't we seen a congressional investigation in regards to Epstein? That could definitely hurt Trump even if McConnell protected him from impeachment. I don't think I have to explain why that's gone away so quickly lol. I just can't understand how people think one side is fighting the good fight here lol.

Right because if they did one thing wrong regarding a country, clearly that means everything else they ever did in regards to any country must have had horrible motives. People are not pure evil and pure good Sean. I can't read that article, to be fair, because it wants me to remove adblock. But Ukraine is a complex situation as my previous post laid out.

Regardless of which party is in office all you have to do is follow the money. US foreign policy is 100% about preserving the Empire and the supremacy of the US dollar/banking system. The US doesn't care how corrupt or how dictatorial a government is so long as they help the US accomplish those two things. Notice how we never call the Saudi Royal family brutal dictators. They're not a murderous "regime." The only motive behind US foreign policy is profit and domination as is the case with every hegemonic Empire in world history.

  8. I really hate how Dems use how bad Trump is to avoid talking about their agenda. I don't think the path to victory is to run against someone. People are hurting in this country. People want healthcare they can afford. People want to get out of debt. It's amazing how everyone agrees that we just had to bailout the usurous banks and the auto industry that returned the favor by shipping away more jobs but ignore the systemic risk of the private debt crisis. People need to be able to buy stuff lol. This isn't gonna work. As long as democrats keep railing about Trump while telling working people to go fuck themselves they're going to continue to lose.

Democrats keep trying to win over boomers and moderates but they're not going to. Those are people who didn't enter the work force and college having to shoulder such massive debt. They had a major advantage in their ability to build wealth. Democrats win by catering to milennials (which polls won't reflect because they over sample 55 and over peeps). The liberal base of older generations and displaced workers will follow. I don't see milennials coming out strong for Biden or Warren.

The know all of this of course, but the leadership of the party is bought and paid for. Tom Perez is a former Pharma lobbyist lol. Pelosi, Schumer and Perez and the rest at the top have absolutely no reason to try to fight for change. They've become massively wealthy under the current system. Anyone who the donor class or the party leadership supports will be a cancer upon this country. Anyone who takes corporate money will be a cancer upon this country. It's that simple. It really is that simple.

Yeah. The two party system will be the downfall of this country.

We need a constitutional amendment at this point to reverse Citizens United and we need rank choice voting. Unfortunately with how bad our education and media are, most people don't even know what either of those things are.

  10. @ThanatosWhy in the world would the GOP want Trump impeached? He's given them everything they want for the most part and he's extremely popular with the base. He also won states that were previously seen as kind of untouchable for Republicans. The only thing the GOP cares about is lining their pockets. Mitt Romney isn't saying this out of some sort of moral prerogative lol. He's saying it because he believes he can gain politically from it. I don't see how people believe there are these decent people in the Republican party that would flip on Trump. These are people who want to steal from working families, pollute impoverished communities for profit in the US and murder innocent people for profit abroad as they exploit people too poor to pursue higher education in this country . They have no moral compass. Trump is your typical Republican in every way but he's more belicose and just not very intelligent.

  11. One thing that gets lost in the shuffle here is how corrupt Biden is lol. It's congress's job to investigate stuff like this whether you believe Trump is guilty or you believe the evidence is there or not but It's amazing to me how Biden isn't being hit over the head with this. It goes back to the same thing as the hacking of Clinton's private server. Trump takes heat and is investigated but nobody ever bothers to mention that the information that was leaked on Hillary was tucking true lol.

I still don't buy for one second that Joe Biden is the leading candidate. His campaign HQ is in Philly and I haven't seen one sign in a lawn or one bumper sticker, haven't met one person who even likes Biden at all. I drive to job sites all over the area too. The polls are lying to us all.

Mostly because I don’t see the energy for him from people at least in relation to the last election. It’s great they’re donating and things though. Serious question because idk... is he gaining any new support from voters or are these mostly just holdouts from the last go around ?

I agree. Biden might be leading, but basically all of Sanders supporters will go to Warren.

Based on what exactly? Lol Warren has just copied Sanders' platform after not supporting him over Hillary. I think if those Bernie peeps showed up in the Rust Belt for Hillary she would have destroyed Trump. I think a lot of Bernie supporters also know that her declaring she wouldn't take corporate cash until after the primaries (lol) is bullshit. I full expect Warren to be handed the nomination in a rigged primary but ok what you two are talking about.

  13. 4 hours ago, DalaiLama4Ever said:

Other than the sexist part, she isn’t necessarily wrong. Sanders has peaked. I’ve been saying that for weeks/months. As soon as Bernie drops out, Warren is gonna be pretty much guaranteed nom.

Lol again, you can look at polls that have been sampled against him from day 1 but Sanders has more money,  more donors and more volunteers than anyone in the race BY FAR. What is it exactly that makes you say he's peaked or that he's getting all these votes pulled from him by Warren? Look at th3 coverage he gets in the media and then look at the actual data.

  14. Skip to 4:45 where she says anyone who supports Sanders over Warren is sexist and it goes completely unchallenged by the host and the other pundit. Fun fact, Emily Tisch-Sussman is the daughter of one of Hillary's billionaire donors. Despite coverage like this and despite polls that are sampled to go against Sanders he is STILL the top candidate in the race for the Democratic nomination with BY FAR the biggest grass roots campaign of anyone in the primary with more donors, more money and more people volunteering for his campaign. Don't trust corporate media. Don't trust WARren.

  15. @Thanatos The GOP called Obama and Hillary a socialist lol. They're going to use that against whoever the DNC nominates. People want healthcare, people need debt relief, people want a raise and they want to do something about the environment. The socialism scare tactic is losing it's efficacy because they call every Democrat a socialist.

Biden gains more from the moderates than he loses from the left, because the left will vote for him anyway to stop Trump from getting a 2nd term. It's why he's 12+ points ahead of Trump consistently. Also was just talking about the polls, not my predictions here.

You put way too much faith in the polls. The same polls that all pretty much unanimously said Trump had no chance at beating Hillary (interestingly enough, Hillary was supposed to win with the moderates too) and again, Biden has been in politics for decades. The Republicans will expose all the skeletons in his closet. They will expose his obvious dimentia and he will have nowhere to hide. It will be just, him, Trump and guys like Karl Rove. Biden will get absolutely masacred by Trump.
