Well I think you have to take into account time differences. The advantages given to players of the present make it so players like Wilt and Russell would have no chance against a guy like Shaq. However, taking this into account, I voted for Wilt.

FINALLY! Suck it Bettman! This is the first in a long line of what I hope will be possible relocations/foldings of the weak Southern U.S. teams. I'm positive Phoenix is next.
Like Razor said this is the second time Atlanta lost an NHL team to Canada. Why the hell would he put another team in a market that won't support them is beyond me.
Now let's bring teams to Hamilton, back to Quebec City, and I'm with FSU on this one, the Hartford Whalers again!

I refuse to watch the NBA Final. It'll just be a repeat of the 2006 one with the Heat winning again. LeBron will get his ring and an automatic slot in the Hall of Fame.
I know this for a fact: Miami will NOT repeat in 2012.
If you think LeBron doesn't already have an automatic slot in the Hall of Fame, you're sadly mistaken. And why couldn't the Heat repeat if they win this year? Do you have a reason to feel they're going to get worse?

No I understand the reason. Phoenix is a very appealing market. If the NHL could make it work there, it'd be significantly more valuable to the league than any city in canada without a team. The thing is, Atlanta is a major market too. Why let them go so easily?

I don't get why the NHL has put so much effort into Phoenix but not Atlanta. Doesn't really make sense. I know their ownership situation was bad but I doubt it was much worse than the Coyotes'.

I think it is obvious that I would be pretty devastated if that were the case... I find it extremely unlikely.. But I guess you never know. For us to find out though, he would have to win office first.
He never will though. Its just someone for the people who know the truth to follow. Gives them hope so they don't rebel, but he'll never win.

Dude, I'm indifferent to who won that series, so I'm happy to see OKC go on to play Dallas, but I would have liked to see a fairly reffed game, and game 7 was not done so.
Well you shouldnt be surprised. Home teams win about 80% of NBA game 7s. Refs don't have the balls to call a fair game.

Watching the vid again, I don't think he really payed much attention to their advice, or maybe they didn't give it very well. He wasn't on the bull properly and he didn't have his arm up like he was supposed to.I just think its really freaking hard to ride a bull without a lot of training like the pros have. No technique is gonna help with that on your first try.

WindyCity was never trying to compare Lebron and Rose. He never said Rose is a better player nor that he was the best player this season. He said Rose is the best player RIGHT NOW. Anyone with minimal deducing skills can come to the conclusion that RIGHT NOW most likely refers to either this round, this month, etc.
What was it two 40+ point games he had already? He is the go to guy in Chicago and is the one who's kept them or won them games in the end. How has anyone been better?
So would it make sense to say that John Wall was the best player in the NBA RIGHT NOW after he had a triple double in his first 10 games? If Russel Westbrook scores 50 would you say he's the best player RIGHT NOW? Not to mention, LeBron came up huge against the Celtics last game. Also, the Heat changed from a 47 win team with a first round exit to a 58 win team in the conference finals, and the reason for this certainly ain't Chris Bosh. If you were building a team RIGHT NOW and could take LeBron or Rose, you either take LeBron or look like an idiot.

Rose is not the best player in basketball. At no point during the season was he. Anyone who thinks he's better than LeBron is crazy.
