  1.

Actually, Donald Trump's popularity is the equal and opposite reaction to the expressions of cultural and religious superiority by Muslim supremacists. A Muslim supremacist does not come here to be one of us. (S)He comes here to destroy us; therefore, (s)he doesn't belong here. And there's absolutely nothing in the U.S. Constitution that gives any foreigner the right to immigrate here; immigrating here is a privilege. Furthermore, any pro-immigration sentiment by any of our Founding Fathers was based on the belief that those immigrating here wanted to better their lives and become one of us, not destroy our lives and become the rulers of us. Their pro-immigration sentiment does not apply to Muslim supremacists for this reason. If believing this makes me a nationalist, then so be it. I'd rather be a nationalist than a globalist anyway.

What in THEEEEE fuck are you babbling on about?

  2. Could've swore another QB running his Offense was overwhelmed too. He always seem to have a fast start with his new team only to fade out over the year.

    Good point.

At the beginning of the season, when the Falcon's were rolling, Kyle Shanahan was getting tons of hype and put on the list for hot HC candidates. Not to take any of the blame away from Matt Ryan, but maybe Kyle Shanahan should make some changes?

  3. The only part of that that's misinformation is the usage of refugee vs asylum seeker. He's not blatantly lying.

Vox is a shit source BTW. One of the most over-the-top liberal sources around nowadays.

That is a pretty big part. No? Pretty big difference.

Did you read the Vox link? All they did is collect the tweets tweeted by the woman.

  4. I'm more concerned with Rand Paul spreading misinformation and flat out lies...

“The Boston Bombers came here as refugees,” Paul said. “We coddled them, we gave them free stuff, we gave them free housing, and yet they decided to attack us.”

    ...but...

The Tsarnaev family came to the U.S. from Kyrgyzstan on temporary tourist visas, The Boston Globe reported in 2013. They then applied for and were granted asylum, claiming that they faced oppression as ethnic Chechens.

Applying for asylum once in the U.S. is a different process than applying for refugee status from outside the country. Because they arrived in the U.S. on tourist visas, they were not subject to the extensive 18-to-24 month process for refugee resettlement.

The Tsarnaev family did receive government assistance. Anzor Tsarnaev, the father of the family, suffered from was diagnosed with PTSD and mental health issues after he was beaten with a steel pole outside of a Brighton restaurant in 2009. He received food stamps and assistance for the next couple of years, the Globe reported.

    @ Than...

This is a fact-check on something Jeb said, but in it, they provide a pretty thorough explanation of the process... http://www.politifact.com/truth-o-meter/statements/2015/nov/15/jeb-bush/jeb-bush-it-takes-almost-year-refugee-be-processed/

    http://www.state.gov/j/prm/ra/admissions/index.htm

The average time of the process is 18-24 months, but some have taken upwards of 3 years.

Also, if you're interested, here is the process explained by an actual refugee. Yeah she's a Bosnian refugee, but the Syrian refugee process is even more extensive than this...

  5. OK, so I still think that I will thoroughly enjoy BvS, BUT...

I was questioning if I should put this in spoilers, but it's just a click away so...

Doomsday being CREATED by Lex Luthor from Zod's body all Frankenstein-style!? What in the fuck?? WHY? I do not get the unnecessary change. It is a HUGE change from the comics.

They are too damn worried about competing with Marvel and how they are already on to The Avengers. As a result, they rushing to get to the Justice League. What's worse is that they didn't even need to make this drastic change to a major character in an effort to rush to get to JL. I honestly hate it.

That said, I love me some Batman and Superman and I will most likely still enjoy it as I previously stated.

  6. Fair enough.

But even if they do not get blown out (or totally melts down) going down the final stretch, but lose out/lose a majority of the remaining games, does he really deserve another year?

I know this is kind of the whole beating a dead horse thing, but he fought hard to get GM power so he could build the team in his image. He let go of a lot of good players so he could bring in his guys. It has failed miserably.

Along the "get a real QB" line, drafting a QB high, more often than not, buys you more time. If he's not gone at the end of this year, he most likely will be finishing out his contract. You good with that?

  7. I think he sticks around next year unless the team totally melts down over the final five weeks. I'm obviously not his biggest fan right now but I want to see him get a real QB.

Hasn't this already started, tho? They've given up 90 points in back-to-back blowout games.

  8. Oh stop it, butmom. It's completely subjective.

Up until the Civil War trailer, I felt as though BvS may set the new bar (I LOVE Batman and Superman), but Civil War looks like it'll be slightly better. Just my opinion.

This is also just based off of trailers. Could be completely different once the movies have been released and watched.
