The Phenom 6 Posted June 17, 2012 Offense QB - Alex Smith HB - Frank Gore HB - Marshawn LYnch WR - Larry Fitzgerald WR - Michael Crabtree TE - Vernon Davis LT - Joe Staley LG - Mike Iupati C - Max Unger RG - Harvey Dahl RT - Anthony Davis Defense - Running a 4-3 DE - Justin Smith DE - Chris Long DT - Aubrayo Franklin DT - Darnell Dockett LB - Aldon Smith LB - Daryl Washington LB - Patrick Willis CB - Carlos Rogers CB - Brandon Browner FS - Earl Thomas SS - Adrian Wilson Special Teams K - David Akers P - Andy Lee KR - Ted Ginn Jr PR - Patrick Peterson I picked 2 RBs due to the fact the NFL seems to be shying away from FBs and going towards the H-back role.
AllYouNeedIsLovie 377 Posted June 18, 2012 I'm not sure I'd put Smith there if you are running a 4-3 because he is strictly a 3-4 pass rushing LB. Other than that, looks like a solid team. BTW, welcome to the boards.
Monster49 14 Posted May 30, 2013 Offense - QB - Russell Wilson HB - Frank Gore HB - Marshawn Lynch WR - Larry Fitzgerald WR - Michael Crabtree TE - Vernon Davis LT - Russell Okung LG - Mike Iupati C - Max Unger RG - Alex Boone RT - Joe Staley Defense - Running a 4-3 DE - Aldon Smith DE - Chris Long DT - Calais Campbell DT - Justin Smith...This front-4 combined for 40.5 sacks in 2012! LB - Daryl Washington LB - Patrick Willis...Tough to leave out Laurinaitis, not going to beat Willis for the middle job. LB - Navorro Bowman CB - Richard Sherman CB - Patrick Peterson FS - Earl Thomas SS - Dashon Goldson Special Teams - K - Greg Zuerlein...Missed eight kicks, but then six of those were from over 50. P - Andy Lee RET - Leon Washington ST - Heath Farwell...Consistently productive on special teams in 2012 Also Justin Smith and Calais Campbell typically work from the 5-technique, but at 285 and 300 pounds respectively, both can easily make the transition to defensive tackle. BC 331 Posted April 29, 2014 Yeah I published a bit quick and didn't replace the guys I moved. But there you have it. I wonder where this roster would stack up against all divisional rosters of all time
Bay 2,003 Posted April 29, 2014 Sidney Rice though? I'd go with Crab but might get called a homer.
