Patriots2994 43 Posted September 7, 2011 Virginia Tech doesn't generally have years where they go undefeated, but if they were to have one, this could be the year. Their schedule is against teams they could beat every single week, and their offense looked pretty great against App St. (granted it is App St.). I'm wondering where they'll finish in the poll if they do remain undefeated..top 5 possibly?

I'm wondering where they'll finish in the poll if they do remain undefeated..top 5 possibly? The Hokies have a really weak schedule this year. Three cupcake games before starting conference play and getting the harder opponents at home may end up hurting them from getting into the Top 5. It does help that they don't play Florida State. The Hokies really need the Noles to go undefeated so when they face them in the ACCCG, they can leapfrog them with a win. That's about the only way they can get into the Top 5 in my opinion.
