Blaine hurt, Henne in. I predict a pick.

Botched snap, same difference. This game needs to end.

Jags bottled up Schaub and his weapons pretty well... Props for that. No props for giving up 200 yards rushing and counting.

At least there are some pluses to take out of this loss for JVille.

And this one is finally over. 27-7 Texans.

We had no answer for the Texan's D last year, and it seems, at least through one game, that we have no answer for the Texan's D this year.

At least we get the Colts next week. Not a gimme for us by any means, but I'd much rather play them than the Texans.

Blaine Gabbert will have an MRI on his toe and hamstring Monday.

Gabbert apparently played through the injuries for much of Sunday's game against the Texans. Perhaps that at least partially explains his 7-of-19 for 53 yard performance in three-plus quarters of action. Gabbert's backup is Chad Henne.

I know Blaine wasn't great today, but losing him for any period of time doesn't help this team. Henne isn't the answer and him playing only creates yet another QB controversy (irregardless of how he plays) which we don't need.

I hear David Garrard is looking for work. :D

Grammar police alert. I apologize in advance.

Of all my posts that probably contain errors, this is the one you single out? :disgust: Pointing out that I used a word incorrectly should be a bannable offense, IMO

It's only a "word" because so many people have incorrectly used it since the early 1900's. It says in that page that it's "nonstandard", which means that it is not accepted in general use in the English vernacular.

Okay, you can ban me now. :(

Also, no response to the comment on ole' Garrard? I am disappoint.

Henne > Garrard. I'm not really sure Garrard would want to come back anyway.

quite the ugly game. Positives. we cant really get any worse than we already are minus special teams.

Anyways Hope Gabbert can Play through this injury so we can see if hes the Man or if hes the WOMAN. Looking forward to see who plays better between Luck and Gabbert if he plays.

gotta hope Daryl Smith and Cox are back for defense cuz that will really make our defense better and offensively i hope Britton is Back so we can play Britton at RT to keep whimper out of the game.
