Provided he's finally 100 percent recovered from the torn quad that prematurely ended his 2011 and limited him all offseason, Carter should help goose a pass rush that's generated only three sacks in three games. He'll likely start off in a part-time role. Carter notched 10 sacks in 14 games for the Patriots last season before going down. Omerta+ 1,206 Posted September 26, 2012 Well two things, first I wanted Andre Carter for our pass rush until Suggs gets back, so bravo Raiders this could be a very nice pick up. Second I thought Barksdale had massive potential in the draft, I am not sure I would have given up on him so quick since they have so many dudes with lousy play and no upside, that said they got to see them play.
