BLUE 1,026 Posted October 11, 2013 Per Rotoworld.com: ESPN's Ed Werder reports the Patriots no longer expect Rob Gronkowski (back, questionable) to play in Week 6 against the Saints. Gronkowski's timetable for return is murkier than ever amid reports the Patriots now have concerns over the stability of his several-times surgically-repaired forearm. The Pats will continue to play three-receiver offense, with Danny Amendola and Julian Edelman in the slot/Z roles and Kenbrell Thompkins at X. Gronkowski owners need not panic and drop him, but he's certainly testing patience. There's still a lot of season left, of course. BradyFan81 404 Posted October 12, 2013 (edited) thats cool im fine with nobody being able to catch the ball until the AFCCG against the broncos In the mean time we can watch Welker rack up 100 receptions and 15 TDs in Denver. Fun. So glad we let him go. And we're not getting to the AFCCG if we don't get a bye so it's kind of important Gronk comes back ASAP. BC 331 Posted October 12, 2013 Is New England just clowning around per usual? I see their incentive to be deceptive this week.
