Mike is the best character confirmed -- oh yeah, we knew that.

I love all the dynamics between the characters which we know eventually fade away / deteriorate / develop even further.

Kim / Jimmy is the obvious one. Jimmy / Saul and Mike. Mike and his daughter in law.. Mike and Gus... Gus and Hector...

So usually there's an early episode that's one of the better ones of the season, have a feeling tonight's episode is gonna be that. Looks like something is going down in this episode based on the promo.

Well that was the return of someone I never expected. Be cool if we get more of him.

 

Also, one of the locations in the model presentation that Kim was looking at was North Platte, Nebraska. Maybe there's a potential story reason for Kim and Jimmy to run into each other in the future?

I'm not sure that that wasn't what Chuck wrote. The fact that he mentioned Jimmy as being part of the HHM family means that it was written while Jimmy was still working there.

 

Chuck did love Jimmy as long as he was lower in stature than Chuck. If Jimmy worked in the mailroom for 20 years, there never would've been a problem. Chuck would've been proud of himself for giving a small bit of stability to his former lowlife brother. He just couldn't handle him being a lawyer the same as him.

 

It's clear though something is bubbling inside Jimmy. He's going to have some kind of meltdown in the next episode or two, practically guaranteed.

Jonathan Banks killed it in that scene with the support group. This show just keeps ramping up. Though I'm annoyed that we're so sill far from Jimmy being a lawyer again. Probably won't happen until next season.

That was weird. Not bad, but weird. I'm sure there's a reason they chose to do that moment at this time, but its not super clear to me.

I did like how the probation officer or whatever didn't give a shit about Jimmy's monologue.
