The Titans are signing former Miami Dolphins wide receiver Rishard Matthews to a three-year contract, NFL Media's Ian Rapoport and Rand Getlin report, via a team source. Also seems to know what the team needs and who to target. Too bad he was forced in to keeping Mularkey at HC. Maybe with someone worthwhile at HC this team could have been something.
