Vin+ 3,121 Posted September 21, 2016 Vikings signed RB Ronnie Hillman, formerly of the Broncos. Hillman led the 2015 Broncos in rushing with 863 yards and seven touchdowns, but he was far too inconsistent and fumbled the ball three times. He was beat out by rookie Devontae Booker and Kapri Bibbs behind C.J. Anderson at final cuts in Denver. Hillman will slide in as the Vikings' No. 3 back and could make a move up the depth chart in short order if Matt Asiata and/or Jerick McKinnon struggle in the wake of Adrian Peterson's (likely) season-ending knee surgery.
