BLUE 1,026 Posted December 25, 2011 Per Rotoworld.com: 49ers TE Delanie Walker was taken to the hospital after sustaining a jaw injury in Week 16.Walker took a scary knee to the face from Seahawks linebacker LeRoy Hill, and it's believed he broke his jaw. He will be traveling home with the Niners, but his status for the rest of the season is in doubt. The versatile Walker came into this game with 19 catches and three touchdowns on the season.
