Who to pick up and start at QB

I got Matthew Stafford, been a disappointment, and I have Russel Wilson, but I feel fine dropping Wilson for a better bye week filler, and maybe better long term solution. Should I get:

 

Ponder against the Titans (Ranked 31st against QBs)

Hasselbeck against the Vikings (Ranked 18th against QBs)

Tannehill against the Bengals (Ranked 24th against QBs)

Kolb (ranked 14th QB overall) vs the Rams (Ranked 6th against QBs)

 

I really don't know what to do. I guess I have Larry Fitzgerald and Adrian Peterson, if for some reason that may sway someone to or from picking up Ponder or Kolb.

Ponder is the best option out of those guys. I'd make the move ASAP, wilson is detrimental to fantasy teams this year.

I agree with Razor,you should get Ponder asap.. Kolb might be the 14th QB overall but I still wouldn't trust him..

Ponder. Kolb is only 14th because of the huge game he just have, I don't trust him against that Rams defense, (I actually think the Cards lose that one.)
