Guest Phailadelphia Posted October 23, 2012 Obama and Romney have basically the same policy on Syria but are still trying to attack each other on the subject.
rzb+ 367 Posted October 23, 2012 (edited) Romney 1st debate: Pointed the finger at Obama People's reaction: Liked how forward he was 2nd debate: Attacked more People's reaction: Disliked how much he dictated 3rd debate: Ignored the fact that Obama was there Obama 1st debate: Relaxed and shrugged off the heat People's reaction: Wanted stronger defense 2nd debate: Stood up for himself People's reaction: Liked how he handled himself 3rd debate: Ignored the fact that Romney was there So I absolutely understand how there are undecided voters. Every debate these guys have acted differently to fit the mold that the people, media, and their own parties want them to be. Plus those who don't follow politics close enough (including myself) can't tell what's lie and what's truth. Numbers are skewed, generic answers are given, and blame is thrown outward yet growth is gloried inward. All in all, other parties deserve to get as much tv time and coverage as these two. OSUViking 505 Posted October 23, 2012 They should just make it official and replace all "debates" with presidential boxing matches.

I intend on forming the Tits Party one day and running for office. During every debate, I will answer every question with, "The solution to all of our problems is more tits!" Surely, my party is still better at explaining its intentions and beliefs better than the Republicans and Democrats.
CARDINAL 205 Posted October 24, 2012 (edited) I think Obama won this final debate because he has done a pretty good job on foreign policy. If you take an International Relations class, Obama would be described as a member of the Liberalism paradigm, which views that gaining security and survival is through cooperation and coordination with other lik minded countries. Conversely, Romney would be viewed as a member of the Realism paradigm, which views that acheiving security and survival for your country is to project power and to undercut other countries that may potentially pose a threat to your country! A combination of both paradigms of viewing the international system and relations with other countries would be better than being so dogmatic about either one!
