Dutch 874 Posted May 2, 2014 No expert by any means but here we go. 1. Khalil Mack, OLB - Surprise. While Clowney might be the most talented athlete, Mack is the better pass rusher in my eyes executing much better technique and pass rush moves while Clowney relies on his athletic ability. Mack would be a perfect fit in a 3-4 in my opinion while Clowney is more of a 4-3 DE. 2. Sammy Watkins, WR - Clowney is still on the board but the Rams desperately need to get some offensive weapons so they pick up the best offensive weapon on the board to try and get their offense on the map in a tough defensive division. 3. Jadeveon Clowney, DE - Clowney finally gets taken off the board and Gus Bradley is ecstatic to have Clowney at his disposal being a defensive minded guy. Clowney appears to be a natural fit in a 4-3 scheme and Gus will know how to use him. 4. Greg Robinson, OT - Not an exciting pick but with Watkins gone, the Browns sure up their offensive line. 5. Johnny Manziel, QB - Yes the Raiders picked up Schaub but he is but a mere stop gap. The Raiders couldn't resist the potential play making ability of Manziel and gamble on him hoping he can be their guy whether it's right now or on the side lines his first year. 6. Jake Matthews, OT - The Falcons have to keep Matt Ryan alive considering how much they invested into him; their offense in general. He can't throw the ball to Julio if he's getting slammed as soon as he hikes the ball. 7. Mike Evans, WR - The Bucs compliment Vincent Jackson with another tall receiver in Mike Evans. He should more then fill in the void of Mike Williams and could make the Bucs passing arsenal more dangerous having two big 6'5 receivers. 8. Blake Bortles, QB - Ponder obviously isn't the guy and Bortles definitely looks the part in being NFL ready. 9. Anthony Barr, OLB - With the draft being so deep with receiver options, the Bills pull the trigger on a pass rusher who can try and slow down Brady. 10. Ha Ha Clinton-Dix, S - The Lions need help in the secondary 11. Justin Gilbert, - Titans need a corner after the departure of Verner. 12. Eric Ebron, TE - Giants are in serious need of a TE and Eli could use a big target on that offense that can cause match up problems. 13. Calvin Pryor, FS - Rams need to get better in their secondary and reach a bit for Pryor. 14. Aaron Donald - Peppers is gone, Melton is gone, the Bears need to get better up front. 15. Taylor Lewan, OT - Not an exciting pick for the Steelers but they beef up their offensive line. 16. Ryan Shazier, OLB - The Cowboys go for speed at the LB position. 17. Kelvin Benjamin, WR - Ravens picked up Steve Smith from free agency and the Ravens continue to add weapons to help their underwhelming offense and give Flacco and a big target to go with his rocket arm. 18. Odell Beckham Jr, WR - Marty Mornhinweg wants to add more fire power to his offense and gets a play maker like Beckham who can be used in a vast amount of ways. 19. Zack Martin, OT - Tannehill was the most sacked QB in the league last year. Their line was atrocious and it gets addressed with this pick. 20. Teddy Bridgewater, QB - The Cardinals look toward their future knowing Carson doesn't have much time left and Arians gets a young QB that he can groom. 21. C.J Mosley, ILB - The Packers get tougher at their linebacker core and add a player maker who's going to be a stud for them. Mosley, Matthews, Hawk (Peppers?) should make their defense more formidable; especially against the run. 22. Darqueze Dennard, CB - Dennard drops and hopefully the Eagles land the best CB in the draft. A physical and technically sound corner who should be good for us. Eagles need a long term plan at corner. 23. Brandin Cooks, WR - Andy Reid might gravitate towards Cooks because of some similarities to Desean Jackson. Alex Smith won't be able to throw it as far but Redi may try and get crafty with screens and slants. 24. Kyle Fuller, CB - The Bengals need an answer at corner with Leon Hall always hurt and Terrance Newman getting older. Kyle Fuller is a long and physical corner who is solid in coverage. A great fit in my opinion. 25. Jason Verrett, CB - Corner is an area of need for the Chargers and they get a capable corner in Verrett. 26. Derek Carr, QB - The Browns take Carr with their 2nd 1st round pick adding some competition at the position and letting the best QB win. 27. Jeremiah Attaochu, OLB - The Saints try to get more dangerous on defense and pick up a quality OLB that can rush the passer. Solid pick up in my opinion. 28. Marqise Lee, WR - The Panthers are thin at receiver and decide to address it in the first round picking up Lee. 29. :patriots: Stephon Tuitt, DE - The Patriots continue to get more dangerous on the defensive side of the ball and they get a great talent who is disruptive in the run game as well as the pass. 30. Bradley Roby, CB - Both of the starting CBs of the 49ers are with the Raiders and they address the need here. 31. Tre Mason, RB - Yes, a RB was selected in the first round and the Broncos get a talented running back who is also a threat in the receiving game. 32. Austin Seferian-Jenkins, TE - The Superbowl Champs get Russell Wilson a big new toy to play with and gives him a huge security blanket in the passing game.
ATL_Predator+ 1,196 Posted May 2, 2014 If Clowney goes past the Rams and we don't trade with the Jags at that point I may just cry myself to sleep.

Milla4Prez63 678 Posted May 2, 2014 I don't think the Bucs pass on Bortles for Evans.
