oochymp 2,393 Posted January 18, 2015 I'm pretty excited to see Jozy Altidore coming to MLS, too bad he's going to Toronto
Maverick 791 Posted January 19, 2015 Yeah, that was a huge win, Bredy. Arsenal played City off the park. Liverpool on a nice unbeaten run. We taking that last CL spot.
Bangy 19 Posted January 19, 2015 Yeah, that was a huge win, Bredy. Arsenal played City off the park. Liverpool on a nice unbeaten run. We taking that last CL spot. I am not so sure for me 3rd and 4th is between Arsenal, Manchester United, Liverpool, Southampton and Tottenham. IMO the only team there for me that deserves it is Southampton.
BJORN 679 Posted January 19, 2015 Liverpool's goal difference could really hold them back in the end. But they should be better now they don't have to worry about the CL. They really should have advanced from that group though. Also, just because I like to be depressed....if Aston Villa get shutout & lose to Arsenal (high likelihood) we will have gone half a season with a return of 12 points & 7 goals. Terrible. 11 goals all season, next lowest is 19. It shouldn't be that hard to score with Benteke in your lineup. Relegation is looking likely.
BJORN 679 Posted January 25, 2015 Well that's one way to end our goalless streak: http://www.sbnation.com/soccer/2015/1/25/7887849/carles-gil-breaks-aston-villa-goalless-streak-win-crazy-curling
Maverick 791 Posted February 3, 2015 Studge is back and within 12 minutes of being on the pitch he scored a goal! Prediction: Liverpool make a strong run in the second half of the season and we finish in the top four. If Studge gets hurt again throw that prediction out the window. Maverick 791 Posted February 7, 2015 Yeah that was a good match to watch. It's nice to see a young kid like Kane come up through the ranks and now he's a rising star. Merseyside Derby today. Shits gonna get physical.
BradyFan81 404 Posted February 8, 2015 I'm pretty rattled over Arsenal's loss to fucking tottenum. We've been in great form, had a sound win @MC 2 weeks ago, forget who we played last week but we destroyed them, thought we'd take care of biz today.

Bangy 19 Posted February 8, 2015 Slow start but the players are doing well under Poch now. He has an eye for giving younger players a chance. Even though Kane was coming through anyway, they have done really well with Mason. If we can buy a striker to compliment Kane in the off season then it could be nice. Spurs so long as they get through the next tough run have a shot of top 4. Also Southampton still impressed me they can grind games out.
Maverick 791 Posted February 9, 2015 ^^^ Tottenham are shit, this is all. Completely gone off Tottenham not interested in results or anything.
Bangy 19 Posted February 10, 2015 ^^^ Derby day is derby day. If Spurs beat Arsenal I will always get hyped. Since I changed jobs I no longer work in a bookies, I have gone off soccer a lot not just Spurs as I don't watch it much anymore.

Bangy 19 Posted February 15, 2015 Villa signed Sherwood, I liked what I saw from him when he was at Spurs. If he's given a shot and some money, Sherwood will do well. I liked him at Spurs last year, looking back I think it was some of the experienced players quiting on him last season.
