Positional Rankings by Division--Safeties

Recommended Posts

NFC North

1a. Harrison Smith (Minnesota)--there was really no question, here.

1b. Glover Quin (Detroit)--there was really no question, here.

3. Ha Ha Clinton Dix (Green Bay)--I personally don't think he's great on every down, but he's a splash play waiting to happen.

4. Morgan Burnett (Green Bay)--Look, he's not great, but neither are any of the other safeties behind him. The NFCN is top heavy at the safety position.

5. Chris Prosinski (Chicago)--Yeah, who is this?

6. Andrew Sendejo (Minnesota)--he was OK last year, but he was reckless, flying around and nearly decapitating his own teammates a few times. I thought he'd severely injured Xavier Rhodes against San Diego last year. Sendejo has to reign himself in or Minnesota will have to take him off the field.

7. Tavon Wilson (Detroit)--Yeah, who is this?

8. Adrian Amos (Chicago)--Yeah, who is this?

I love Hitman but he hasn't even played a snap yet...

Your whole Bengals homerism is showing with Reggie Nelson as well. He's good, not doubting that.. But he is not better than Berry. Ward I can see the argument for.

Joseph not playing a snap in NFL yet means nothing on rankings if he really is that talented. Otherwise he should be below some twerp playing SS for Chargers.

I think Nelson has been best player on Bengals for years now and even getting older is still a top safety in NFL.
