Biffle has always been one of those guys who has been right on the cusp of winning a Cup but has never been able to make that extra push when the chips are down.

I hate the Biff. But it's a long season and anything can happen after the Chase begins. I'd be pretty surprised to see him in the Top 5 after the last race.

why do you hate Biffle?

I think he hates Biffle because he was a fag at the end of the Daytona 500 and didn't try to win.

As for this weekend. Tim George, Jr. won his first career Truck Series pole at Kansas today, but didn't even last a corner in the lead. James Buescher is leading the race currently looking for his first career Truck Series win.

AJ Allmendinger is one pole for tommorrow's STP 400 on the Cup side. It is his 2nd career pole and first since Phoenix in 2010.

I think he hates Biffle because he was a fag at the end of the Daytona 500 and didn't try to win.

the problem with that theory is that he probably wouldn't have won, had he passed Kenseth then Earnhart more than likely would still have gotten around him putting the two Roush Fenway drivers (Kenseth and Biffle) in 2d and 3d rather than 1st and 3d, he may have even been told not to fight Kenseth for the lead at the end

The Nationwide race between Kurt Busch and Denny Hamlin at the end looked great. Too bad I missed Kurt getting a win, but the NFL Draft is too big.

Talladega should be wild this weekend.

That was a pretty sweet Nationwide race yesterday. To see the fact that a guy can pull out and make a move on someone in the last few hundred yards again is great.

Danica wasn't penalized or talked to about putting Hornish into the wall intentionally AFTER the checkered flag. I bet if that was Kyle Busch, or really anyone else, they would have received a fine or something. Danica Patrick, the most over-rated piece of advertising I've ever seen.

So, the All-Star Race sucks.

It does. This format was awful, it allowed Jimmie Johnson to sandbag the whole race and win for no real reason. I went to last year's All-Star race and had fun, but I could tell you the actual race was pretty bad. They need to move it to a new track, Charlotte sucks.

sorry I've been slacking on the points standings, and I decided to stop copying points for drivers with less than half the points of the leader, it was just getting a little obnoxious to copy it over, but I'll keep the standings all the way down

Junior's interview starts around 3:25, and it is pretty epic, I kept waiting for "I don't know what to do with my hands"

It has been 26 years since someone has had a qualyifing lap with an average speed over 200 MPH in NASCAR. That record will likely be shattered tommorrow. Over 14 cars practiced with a lap over 200 MPH in today's final practice at the repaved Michigan. Unless NASCAR makes a last second rule change to slow the cars down, the pole sitter will probably have a lap of 201 MPH or so.

Marcos Ambrose won the pole at 203 MPH, it makes him the 3rd fastest qualifier in the history of NASCAR behind Bill Elliott and Cale Yarborough.
