Fox News, and Karl Rove especially, have a meltdown.

That hardly seems to qualify as a meltdown, lol. I mean, Fox even called it for Obama.

I thought at the time they called Ohio a bit early.

Damn... I wanted a meltdown... lol. Far from it...

Karl Rove is still a scumbag.

That's as close as you'll get to an on-air meltdown. Sorry to disappoint, lol.

Fox accidentally insulted most of its viewers today...

By best educated they are going with the % of people with a college degree- so can I say, d'oh?

The liberals dominate college campuses- the profs, I mean.

Yeah, as a 5th year senior in college right now, I can honestly say a college education is one of the most overrated things ever. It looks good on a resume and helps you find a job, sure, but it really isn't as efficient at making you smarter as you'd think.

Agreed. Learned so much more on my own and through life experience. Not to mention lots of things you learn aren't the whole story (regarding things like Abraham Lincoln and other selective academic interpretations.)

Also, like someone else said, colleges and schools are notoriously liberal. So it makes sense the most educated (aka college grads) states are blue states. But I mean, I have met hordes of mouth breeding Republicans growing up. There's different kinds of stupid too when you get older and see it in person. Lot's of pseudo-intellectual Democrats I've met in my time growing up as well.

That entirely depends on what degree you are getting and which field you'll be employed at. There are plenty of worthless degrees, but there's also plenty of jobs you can't get without having a certain degree, and there's a reason why you need that much education.
