Milla4Prez63 678 Posted August 22, 2011 The Redskins offense ranks in the top 10 in the league led by John Beck. I'd be shocked if the Redskins' offensed ranked top 30 in the league. This whole thread has turned into a giant homer prediction thread lol.
Glanvilles Grits 142 Posted August 22, 2011 Especially when the dude has looked like shit thus far. If things had changed I think we would see a little evidence of it. Man, he was just looking like a guy who hasn't got much time on the field. He looked a little shaky in the huddle. But he had ridiculous accuracy. Not to mention the addition of Braylon Edwards, the dude can still out do a lot of corners in the league. He's a huge target. I don't think you'll see them over-do Smiths role in the offense. Because I am betting that if Gore is healthy, he'll be the centerpiece of the offense, but Smith will play good for sure.
Duck Fallas 209 Posted August 22, 2011 I'd be shocked if the Redskins' offensed ranked top 30 in the league. This whole thread has turned into a giant homer prediction thread lol. It does call for "bold predictions", right? I am a fan of a terrible team, so this prediction is bold. I really doubt that the Redskins offense will be anything other than mediocre. Krawnka 282 Posted August 22, 2011 This whole thread has turned into a giant homer prediction thread lol. Nope, my prediction had nothing to do with my team... IMO I would think you should actually have some degree of faith in your own prediction for it to qualify as "Bold" rather than "Absurd".
ride or die redskins 8 Posted August 23, 2011 I'd be shocked if the Redskins' offensed ranked top 30 in the league. This whole thread has turned into a giant homer prediction thread lol. I would make a sig bet on that. there is NO WAY the skins offense is that bad. After watching this team in TC and preseason, I actually have faith that they can pull out an 8-8 season. While they probable won't hit that mark, I think they will be vastly improved, and finish the year at 7-9, which would be a good step for them. Considering all the hate for this skins, I would say that is pretty bold.
Glanvilles Grits 142 Posted August 23, 2011 Hows this for bold, I went through the entire 17 week schedule through the match-ups picked my winners (Based on a healthy Peyton Manning, and a loss or two for a couple teams at end of season based on people resting starters) and got these standings. . I also noticed that there are a bunch of teams with such easy schedules it's not even funny. I never looked at any other schedules really except for the Falcons and a couple other teams. AFC AFC East: Patriots (14-2) Jets (13-3) Dolphins (5-11) Bills (4-12) AFC North: Steelers (13-3) Ravens (13-3) Browns (5-11) Bengals (2-14) AFC South: Colts (11-5) Texans (8-8) Titans (6-10) Jaguars (5-11) AFC West: Chargers (9-7) Raiders (6-10) Broncos (5-11) Chiefs (4-12) NFC NFC East: Eagles (12-4) Giants (10-6) Cowboys (9-7) Redskins (3-13) NFC North: Packers (12-4) Bears (12-4) Lions (8-8) Vikings (6-10) NFC South: Falcons (13-3) Buccaneers (10-6) Saints (10-6) Panthers (4-12) NFC West: Rams (8-8) 49ers (7-9) Seahawks (5-11) Cardinals (4-12) Definitely is no where close to where I thought I would have some of the teams in the AFC and NFC. But hey, I guess I can only go based off my weekly picks right? And this is based on everyone being healthy to the point they are right now. Weird. :ph43r:
Piggly Wiggly 960 Posted September 26, 2011 The Bills finish 2nd in the AFC East. Maybe I actually underestimated them.
Glanvilles Grits 142 Posted September 26, 2011 Raiders and the Bills are looking solid so far. Half of this thread = Especially mine
RazorStar 4,025 Posted September 26, 2011 Or stupid... ha. In the past, we try coming up with predictions that are at least plausible.... Bills / Lions Super Bowl in the midst! ... Accidental Prophet in the making.

BC 331 Posted January 2, 2012 I called the Eagles missing the playoffs? Wow.
Krawnka 282 Posted January 23, 2012 The Lions beat the Eagles in the NFC Championship game. Lions fell short, Eagles...even shorter. My prediction. . Alex Smith turns out to be the quarterback he was originally projected under the watchful eye of Jim Harbaugh. Nice one!
