AllYouNeedIsLovie 377 Posted August 11, 2011 We do this every year, always fun to bump up at the end of the year. So post any bold predictions you have in this thread. I'll post some later.
Titanswin472 29 Posted August 11, 2011 - Their will be an 0-16 team this season because of the limited time for new players to get adjusted to their team I will post more later..
Shotgun 442 Posted August 11, 2011 (edited) Titans make the playoffs. Matt Hasselbeck will throw for 3400+ yards, have more TD's than INT's for the first time in 3 years, shutting up all his haters (including me). Mike Munchak becomes a hero in his first season before flopping in his second. EDIT: Forgot to add this will mean only 1 team in either the AFCE(Pats, Jets) or AFCN(Steelers, Ravens) will make it to the playoffs. AllYouNeedIsLovie 377 Posted August 11, 2011 Dezmon Briscoe has over 700 receiving yards this year.
Packers Dynasty 2010 116 Posted August 11, 2011 1) The Texans will finally take the AFCS from the Colts 2) The Eagles will be one and done in the playoffs 3) The Bucs will be in a close race with the Saints for the NFCS but will end up taking a wildcard 4) Stafford will actually stay healthy for the majority of a season and lead the Lions to a positive record and the #2 spot in the NFCN. All I have for now

Put_The_Team_On_My_Back 1 Posted August 11, 2011 Texans win the AFCS. Ryan Fitzpatrick will have the most suprising year for a QB since Derek Anderson in 2007. The Steelers and the Colts will both miss the playoffs. Dane Sanzenbacher will have a great season for the Bears. Blaine Gabbert will be a huge bust. Packers repeat as champions! Guest Phailadelphia Posted August 11, 2011 Colts win the AFC South, and capture it by Week 14. #overconfidentinmyteam. This has happened like every year for the past decade. That's not bold.
Packers Dynasty 2010 116 Posted August 11, 2011 (edited) The only one that even mildly qualifies as "bold" is #4. I'll agree that #1 isn't bold With all the hype surrounding the Eagles as a "dream team" and them being crowned as NFC's best by some, predicting they are one and done is bold. Bucs being in a close race for the NFCS is bold as it's mostly the Saints or Falcons winning the division but I'm predicting Bucs do better than the Falcons and earn a wildcard while the Falcons don't make it. Stafford staying healthy is bold and I'm predicting Chicago collapses a year before than some think. Edited August 11, 2011 by Packers Dynasty 2010
Favre4Ever+ 4,476 Posted August 11, 2011 - Aaron Rodgers wins MVP (not too bold, i don't think) - Jermichael Finley leads all TE's in Yards - Randall Cobb has 4 return TDs this year - Clay Matthews wins DPOTY, tallies 20 sacks

SteVo+ 3,702 Posted August 11, 2011 With all the hype surrounding the Eagles as a "dream team" and them being crowned as NFC's best by some, predicting they are one and done is bold. Considering the tough division they're in, the shakiness of the offensive line coupled with Michael Vick's style of play, I don't think it's bold at all to say the Eagles miss the playoffs entirely. Against the Cowboys and Giants, 10 wins may not be enough to get in. And once they do get in, we all know Andy Reid's history of playoff choke jobs. Predicting the Eagles to lose in the playoffs is not bold. Bucs being in a close race for the NFCS is bold as it's mostly the Saints or Falcons winning the division but I'm predicting Bucs do better than the Falcons and earn a wildcard while the Falcons don't make it. I personally think the NFC South is a battle between Tampa and New Orleans and I don't see Atlanta making the playoffs, and based on everything else I've seen, it seems like most people consider it a pretty even three-way battle. People on TGP, especially, are giving the Bucs the credit they deserve. If there's any part of this that's bold, it's predicting that the Falcons miss the playoffs entirely. Stafford staying healthy is bold and I'm predicting Chicago collapses a year before than some think. Eh, I've seen a lot of predictions (not so much on TGP but elsewhere) that the Lions will finally take that step this year and finish 2nd in the NFC North, challenging for a playoff spot. It may be semi-bold, but it's a popular pick. And we all know how abysmal Chicago's offense can be. A collapse is not out of the question. You want a bold prediction? Here's one: The Lions beat the Eagles in the NFC Championship game. +1 to that fuckin' guy

Favre4Ever+ 4,476 Posted August 11, 2011 +1 to that fuckin' guy The only thing the Eagles do well is lose NFCCG... Not sure how bold that.
SteVo+ 3,702 Posted August 11, 2011 The only thing the Eagles do well is lose NFCCG... Not sure how bold that. I'd say predicting the Lions to represent the NFC in the Super Bowl is pretty bold.
Favre4Ever+ 4,476 Posted August 11, 2011 (edited) I'd say predicting the Lions to represent the NFC in the Super Bowl is pretty bold. Or stupid... ha. In the past, we try coming up with predictions that are at least plausible.... Bills / Lions Super Bowl in the midst!
