BwareDWare94 723 Posted October 14, 2013 This thread needs moar Don Cheadle love. Yeah, but you see him so rarely it's no surprise he hasn't come to mind. Him and Adam Sandler in Reign Over Me were fantastic.
BJORN 679 Posted October 14, 2013 2. Ben Affleck - People may gripe about Affleck here and there, but I really like his movies. Personally, I think Ben Affleck is a good actor who has just been in some bad movies. Daredevil and Pearl Harbor, just to name a few. He is a better director but still a good actor, Argo and The Town are easily some of the best movies as of late IMO.
Favre4Ever+ 4,476 Posted October 25, 2013 I am gaining a lot of respect for Daniel Bruhl. Saw him alongside Benedict Cumberbatch in The Fifth Estate Tuesday night and thought he was awesome. He also played Niki Lauda in Rush and I thought he was fantastic in that. Really splendid, diverse acting in those two roles, IMO.

Favre4Ever+ 4,476 Posted October 26, 2013 It got some poor reviews, but I enjoyed it a lot.
FartWaffles 1,857 Posted November 5, 2013 No love for Edward Norton? He's definitely one of my favorite actors. Also John Malkovich needs to be mentioned if not just for this scene alone.
southgadawg 52 Posted November 5, 2013 I know I am one of the older ones here and my list will include some older names. I am listing these actors not necessarily for their acting prowess but also because I have always enjoyed their movies. Here they are in no particular order (and more than 10 too I am afraid): John Wayne Harrison Ford Paul Newman Clint Eastwood Steve McQueen Liam Neeson Morgan Freeman Russell Crowe Denzel Washington Anthony Hopkins Donald Sutherland Christopher Lee No denying that many of the actors were in some total bombs too, but they also played some noteworthy and iconic characters as well.
