Michael Bennett Melts Down After Defeat

Ryan’s dominance was enough to spark a confrontation between the Seahawks’ defensive end Michael Bennett and a reporter. After the reporter said Seattle weren’t able to pressure the quarterback, Bennett lost his temper.

“We got a lot of pressure,” Bennett said. “He threw the ball really fast. There was some busted stuff going on so obviously you don’t know football. He threw the ball pretty fast. He did his thing. We rushed as good as we could. Don’t point and say we didn’t do what we needed to do, OK? Don’t do that.

“Don’t tell me I didn’t do my job, motherfucker,” Bennett added. “Get the fuck out of my face. Like I said, get out of my face. Don’t play with me. Don’t play with me. I just put my heart on the fucking field ... Try me again, see what happens.”

Typical Seahawks. They're the most brash, in-your-face, borderline-offensive players when they're winning, but when they lose, they can't handle it. They are the NFL equivalent of 9-year-olds and fuck them and good thing they lost.

Turns out Bennett also questioned the reporter, asking him what adversity has he been through that he can ask him those questions, I guess claiming that playing a football game is adversity.

 

One problem? The reporter in question was Bill Wixey. Wixey successfully beat Hodgkin's Lymphona.

 

So yeah, Mr. Bennett. I think he's gone through just a bit more hardship than you.

Seahawks are fun when they are winning and playing physical ball, but holy shit are they sore losers. Should start suspending guys for shit Hawks do. Always trying to fight guys once game is in the bag for opponent.
