I thought they were locked for three rounds. Seeing as the last two picks were in round 9 there would not be enough rounds to steal them. They are locked three rounds, but seeing as once you get to the 9th round there are only two rounds left players are eligible to be stolen in the last round. Additionally, only the rules on the first post are official, not the first page. Sorry for the confusion, the game is making itself as it goes, I don't like changing rules or adding them, but its not to make things unfair, its to make the game better. Zack_of_Steel+ 3,014 Posted October 21, 2012 Kaluka Maiava is tiny and couldn't play 3-4 OLB. According to this, he is 5'11" 229 and was drafted to play ILB in the Browns' 3-4.
