JetsFan4Life 542 Posted February 28, 2013 Indiana's loss opens the door for Gonzaga (currently ranked #2) to take the top ranking, anyone know the last time a non-major conference team was ranked #1? ever? or will someone else jump them and prevent that from happening? I'm going to guess St. Joe's from the A10 in like 2003 when they had that great regular season and were undefeated if I recall (or close to it). Although I'm not sure if they ever were #1...or there's been another since then...or if my mind is making this all up because it's 3 a.m. Anyways 4 games left for Duke. I'm expecting them to win 3/4 at least. Virginia and Virginia Tech should be wins, easily. Miami and North Carolina will be tough. Duke needs to avenge the earlier loss to Miami so I'm feeling good about Saturday's game. North Carolina is always tough and Duke isn't very good on the road so we'll see.
