Bangy 19 Posted March 6, 2015 I'll take that for a come back year and one I was the starter late as well. Shame Mav have the ball away so much may have hit 1000
Thanatos 2,847 Posted March 7, 2015 (edited) No idea where else to put this. I've been using Football Idiot's Madden 08 mod for awhile now. Updates the rosters, gives better graphics, updated stadiums, updated rules- this year we even got the updated OT rules, which was awesome, etc. (Madden 08 was the last one to come out on PC, thus why I'm using it.). And today, I may have done something kinda awesome, (we're down 10-0 because Mav already threw two interceptions): Edited March 7, 2015 by Thanatos19

SteVo+ 3,702 Posted March 14, 2015 Writing for Part III got me curious...what are everyone's favorite KoA chapters so far? I could probably make a top five for my favorites as a writer, but I want to see what you all think first.
Sarge+ 3,436 Posted March 14, 2015 At Knight's End Fire Daniel Sheriffs of the West Players Only Exchanges and Extensions Honorable Mention: The Chase
theMileHighGuy 656 Posted March 15, 2015 #1, Exchanges and Extensions. 10 catches, 225 yards and 3 TDs. Closed out with Merle's drunkard daughter, good stuff. #2, At Knight's End. Shocker x 10. #3, Guarded Waters and Open Windows. "Good, fuck the Eagles." #4, The Chase. "That’s how we felt, like we were chasing it, chasing it, chasing it. Now, everything’s turned around. Now, it’s chasing us.” (Though this line really sucks now with how the season ended lol) #5, The Receiving End.
SteVo+ 3,702 Posted March 15, 2015 As a writer, these are the ones I'm most proud of: 1) At Knight's End 2) The Knights of Andreas 3) Exchanges and Extensions 4) To Our Attention 5) Control Also, a semi-preview of Part III, for those interested... It's looking like one difference about Part III compared to Parts I and II is chapter length. We're looking at less chapters, but they'll be longer. Instead of the season taking 12-14 chapters, it'll likely be 10-12. Quality over quantity, etc. I want to put more into it every week. I want the entire dynamic of the season to change with every chapter. Stay tuned.
Bangy 19 Posted March 18, 2015 Damn there's so many to choose from, at Knights end is probably my favourite and then any where Jaxson is the star of the show
SteVo+ 3,702 Posted April 2, 2015 "You know what the mark of a successful NFL franchise is?" "Let's hear it." "It’s not about championships. You know what it is? Consistency. You look at the great teams—the Patriots, the Packers, the Colts when they had Manning—what do they all have it common? Consistency. Now you look here in Los Angeles. A three-year rebuilding effort that was showing progress. From 4-12 to 6-10 to 8-8. Steady improvement. And what do they do? They fire the coach. Congratulations, L.A., you just set your franchise back five years. How long until they move back to Oakland?" "Look, there's no way Schneider's gonna—" "And now they've got Merle Harden on a, on a, what? Two-year contract? A two-year deal? How is that consistency? How is that continuity?" "Can't argue with you there." "Stepping back and getting some perspective, this could go down—We’ve seen plenty of failed rebuilding efforts in the NFL. Plenty of GMs coming in and fired three years later. But this—this could go down as one of the biggest botched rebuilding efforts ever. I mean, they’ve drafted and signed so much talent, so much potential, and it’s on the verge of crumbling. It’s really unbelievable." "I guess we'll see what happens. We're only in March." "Yeah, it's only March, and what do we have to look forward to? They haven't re-signed Bishop yet, which worries me, they probably won't re-sign Brock. They decided it was appropriate to fire Daniel, but the rest of his offensive staff is still in place. So you tell me: what do we, as Knights fans, have to look forward to? What can we expect this season from the Los Angeles Knights?" MAY 3
Favre4Ever+ 4,476 Posted April 2, 2015 Sweet. I know it says they are just fans chatting, but in my head I imagined like two sports anchors talking about their decisions on like a Sportscenter or something.
