SteVo+ 3,702 Posted May 3, 2015 Phillies with the second worst record in the bigs. Is it bad that I'm actually enjoying it? Not that I'm rooting for my team to lose for better draft picks, it's just that this has been building for years due to poor management/personnel decisions, and the Phillies completely deserve it. BigBen07 285 Posted May 4, 2015 Milwaukee has fired manager Ron Roenicke after the team started a league-worst 7-18. WTF, on the timing of this.

Favre4Ever+ 4,476 Posted May 4, 2015 (edited) @Haudricourt: Ron Roenicke told Melvin: "I wish you would have fired me a week ago." https://twitter.com/MLB/status/595000803896659968 Edited May 4, 2015 by Favre4Ever
Sarge+ 3,436 Posted May 5, 2015 Gerrit Cole got NL pitcher of the month for April. He's been so awesome so far this year, as have Liriano and Burnett. We need our bats to come alive soon.
Bangy 19 Posted May 5, 2015 So Mets have calmed down a bit on the bats, but the pitching has been strong.
Favre4Ever+ 4,476 Posted May 5, 2015 Cardinals off to the best start in franchise history. Pretty impressive considering the history of the club is so strong. Also, a couple days old now but Matt Carpenter had more multi hit games through 20 contests than any other player in history.
Sarge+ 3,436 Posted May 8, 2015 But losing Wainwright hurts so much.
Favre4Ever+ 4,476 Posted May 8, 2015 But losing Wainwright hurts so much. Who is that? Nah.. Every fifth day is still a huge question mark. In the two games since he went down, we've had two different pitchers with... kinda meh results. Waino used to be the one guy almost guaranteed to go at least 7, and now we have guy in the spot who can almost barely make it through 5. Those extra innings will probably come back to bite us in the end. It's also helped that the bats have come alive a bit in the last couple weeks.
Sarge+ 3,436 Posted May 8, 2015 Bats? What are those? The Pirates are allergic to those, whatever they are.
BradyFan81 404 Posted May 9, 2015 The Red Sox are bad at the sport of baseball. We give up many runs and score few.
Favre4Ever+ 4,476 Posted May 9, 2015 Cardinals don't have their best pitcher. Cardinals don't have their best hitter (Carpenter). Still crush the Pirate scum. 10 of
Sarge+ 3,436 Posted May 9, 2015 The one game where our bats show up a little bit, our pitching implodes. Perfect. lol

Favre4Ever+ 4,476 Posted May 10, 2015 Carlos Martinez imploded. Wow. And Tyler Lyons is up again tomorrow I believe... Good game Buccos, tomorrow probably won't be very pretty for us.

Bangy 19 Posted May 10, 2015 Another grind it out win by the Mets, glad to see the never say die attitude they have so far. Lagares breaking the slump in style
Sarge+ 3,436 Posted May 11, 2015 Pirates bats are finally starting to show life. McCutchen's knee looks better. He's squaring up a lot more balls now. Only a matter of time now before he starts raking. Jung Ho kang looks like he's going to have a good season for us. Starting pitching still looking good for the most part. Bangy 19 Posted May 12, 2015 #1 prospect in the league and has been dominant in the minors, like the fact he is also ok with the bat. Looking forward to tonight
Favre4Ever+ 4,476 Posted May 16, 2015 Cubs win on a walk off error.. >_> Come on pirates. Cardinals pitching is finally looking human (very, very human). It was good while it lasted.
