BwareDWare94 723 Posted September 9, 2014 Current Standings:Razor 3 Bware 2Bay 0 Spartan Havoc 0 Rain Man 0 GA -1 Ohio Sports Fan -2 Packers Dynasty -3 Make your week 2 picks! Also, I will willingly throw out my pick of Houston over Washington and revert to -1 if people would prefer. I thought everybody would pick Washington due to retooled WRs and defense. Vikings OVER PatriotsI'm hesitant to make this pick, but I like the way Mike Zimmer's defense matches up with New England's offense and don't trust New England's OL. Revis can't shut down Patterson, entirely, and I expect Cordarrelle to make more big plays. AP should run roughshod over New England if Knowshon Moreno did.Chargers OVER SeahawksI really liked how both Arizona and San Diego's defenses looked last night, and with Seattle primed for a loss or two on the road, San Diego looks like a good, surprising spot for that to happen. RazorStar 4,025 Posted September 9, 2014 This one is difficult because most of the ones I think may be upsets are basically coinflips. (Falcons/Bengals Panthers/Lions and Eagles/Colts) So let's tentatively go with: Browns > Saints Probably not happening, I have next to no confidence in this but... Brian Hoyer is not garbage and the Saints are on the road. Anything is possible when your man smells like old spice.
Cherry 1,302 Posted September 9, 2014 I'll take Vikings over Patriots Also Tennessee over Dallas and New York over Green Bay
Sparty 110 Posted September 9, 2014 Chargers over Seahawks: Seahawks aren't that great in road games and San Diego plays well at home. Rams over Buccaneers: Neither team looks that good, and TB Is a 5.5 point favorite so I consider this an upset.
Vin+ 3,121 Posted September 9, 2014 How're we defining upset? General consensus or point spread? Either way, gimme the Ravens over the Steelers, and the Giants over the Cards.
Zack_of_Steel+ 3,014 Posted September 9, 2014 Whichever of these are upsets (SD over SEA for sure): Pittsburgh Buffalo Jacksonville Tennessee New York Giants New England New Orleans Atlanta Detroit Tampa San Diego Houston Green Bay Denver San Francisco Indianapolis
BwareDWare94 723 Posted September 10, 2014 How're we defining upset? General consensus or point spread? Either way, gimme the Ravens over the Steelers, and the Giants over the Cards. Let's go with general consensus. We know football better than the general fan. I trust our opinions.
BwareDWare94 723 Posted September 10, 2014 Whichever of these are upsets (SD over SEA for sure): Pittsburgh Buffalo Jacksonville Tennessee New York Giants New England New Orleans Atlanta Detroit Tampa San Diego Houston Green Bay Denver San Francisco Indianapolis OK, so Zack's upset picks are SD over Seattle, Buffalo over MIA, and NYG over Arizona. Cherry 1,302 Posted September 10, 2014 Give me, Jags over Redskins Thats all for now Hardly an upset
BwareDWare94 723 Posted September 10, 2014 Hardly an upset I tend to agree, but am hesitant to throw it out with the way Jacksonville folded like a tent in a storm against an Eagles team that isn't that much better than the Jags.
Glanvilles Grits 142 Posted September 10, 2014 Vikings over patriots Jaguars over redskins
GA_Eagle 595 Posted September 10, 2014 Dallas over Tennessee. Dallas is one of those wtf teams year in and year out. Will look like crap and then look awesome. This should be one of the awesome weeks.

Bay 2,003 Posted September 10, 2014 Lions @ Panthers Falcons @ Bengals The underdog in both these games.
blotsfan 2,112 Posted September 11, 2014 Buffalo-Miami is basically considered an even matchup. I'll take Jacksonville and Chicago. Jacksonville is + 7 which ties them as third biggest underdog, so that should count.
The Burfict Storm 39 Posted September 11, 2014 Hardly an upset That's because the Redskins have the handicap of having Jay as HC.
