RazorStar 4,025 Posted April 29, 2017 Draft R1 P26: Ryan Ramczyk, OT, Wisconsin (-6) R2 P51: Chris Wormley, DE, Michigan (-23) R3 P75: Zay Jones, WR, ECU (+38) R3 P101: Kendell Beckwith, LB, LSU (-6) R3 P106: D'Onta Foreman, RB, Texas (+17) R4 P126: Jordan Morgan, G, Kutztown (-21) R5 P177: Brendan Langley, CB, Lamar (+76) R6 P210: Chad Williams, WR, Grambling State (+112) R7 P238: Freddie Stevenson, FB, Florida State (UDFA) R7 P252: Michael Coe, OG, North Dakota (UDFA) R7 P253: Weston Steelhammer, SS, Air Force (UDFA) Huge value on Langley and Chad Williams, the rest of the draft was virtually even. I had three undrafted guys, but with three of the last 15 selections, so it's not a huge indictment. Draft R1 P31: Jalen Tabor, CB, Florida (-22) R2 P63: Evan Engram, TE, Ole Miss (+40) R3 P95: Tanoh Kpassagnon, DE, Villanova (+36) R4 P136: Trey Hendrickson, DE, Florida Atlantic (+33) R5 P174: Noah Brown, WR, Ohio State (-65) R7 P249: Jadar Johnson, SS, Clemson (UDFA) I overestimated Noah Brown a fair bit, and had an undrafted player at the end, but the first four picks were strong, and if I had Engram and Tabor switched I would have had four positive grades. Tabor was definitely gone if I didn't take him though. >_>

Apparently I am not too good with 5th round picks, which I think is also a pattern in previous years... For whatever reason. Eric Wilson was taken in our mock like 6 guys from the end, so I don't mind seeing him go UD. +130 minus my undrafted guys... Even factoring those in, still around +50 which I am proud of.Overall.. I think this is the best year of Mock Draft I have ever had which may or may not be indicative of something... lol Edited April 30, 2017 by Banned4Ever

Cherry 1,302 Posted May 1, 2017 I've been there. I thought Zac Robinson was going to be awesome. idk if he's ever even played in a NFL regular season game I don't feel too too bad. Orlosky, Cannon, Jones, Gennesy, and Knappe are all some of the most talented rookie FA out there, and I think almost anyone would agree in draft community. I think Jones and Cannon had off the field issues.

I wasn't a fan of his tape and didn't see enough quickness or power to be a dynamic pass rusher. I know many who would disagree with that though.
DonovanMcnabb for H.O.F 2,241 Posted May 1, 2017 (edited) Short arms, undisciplined, and in general not great against the run. I imagine those are the reasons Lawson dropped? I wasn't a fan of his tape and didn't see enough quickness or power to be a dynamic pass rusher. I know many who would disagree with that though. From just a general search of the interwebs apparently a lot of teams were afraid of injuries. That and the short frame I can see as being real issues that could drop him, but I figured with his elite athleticism and actual production to match the athleticism would help his stock.
