Duck Fallas 209 Posted July 3, 2011 I am sure that almost everyone here has something that they like to collect, some may be normal, others may be a bit odd. With me, I only seriously collect 2 things; one normal and one kinda odd. Comic books: I recently sold a good chunk of my collection after moving into a small condo. I counted them a couple of weeks ago and still have 16,483. Movie tecket stubs: I am not sure what made me start keeping them, I just thought it would be cool to keep reord of what movies I have seen. I have them going back to 1995 (Ace Ventura: When Nature Calls is my oldest). I even have them in a photoalbum to minimize the fading. I think there are 522. I did lose some over the years.

BwareDWare94 723 Posted July 3, 2011 1. Concert ticket stubs. The very first one is Creed, I think. Most recent is As I Lay Dying. Got close to 20, I think. 2. CDs. I enjoy collecting discographies. I have over 300 CDs at the moment, I think. 3. Books. I like to read.
badgers 380 Posted July 3, 2011 I used to collect NFL jerseys, I'd get one each year from my grandparents for b-day, xmas, etc. and parents too. I had around 20, but I sold some of them. Now I have: Javon Walker, Ahman Green, Brett Favre, Mike Vick (Falcons), Dan Marino, Jerome Bettis, Michael Strahan. However, I noticed that I had a bit of a bad trend going on when I bought a jersey. Turns out that every time I bought a players' jersey, they would depart from that team the following season. Javon Walker was injured then released, Ahman Green was released, Favre retired, Vick was arrested, Marino was already retired, Jerome Bettis retired, and Strahan retired. To test it out, I bought a Brett Favre Vikings jersey last summer. Now he's retired. I win.

WindyCitySports 407 Posted July 5, 2011 Flags - I have quite a few sports flags and then I also have some national flags. Whenever I leave the country I try to find a place that sells the national flag. Sports ticket stubs - I get the feeling a lot of people do this, but when I go to a game I almost always save the ticket and put it away with all the others. Lighthouse models - I travel all over Lake Michigan and if there is a lighthouse nearby they usually sell small sculptures of the lighthouse. I don't collect these as much anymore, but I still have all of them. I have lighthouses ranging from New Jersey to California to Mexico to North Carolina and then a lot from Wisconsin, Illinois, and Michigan.

JetsFan4Life 542 Posted July 8, 2011 My bedroom door is full of ticket stubs, movie stubs, and a few sports articles. I've been doing this since about 2005. I don't have all of them but most of them go up on my door. Problem is my little brother likes to rip shit off my door so some have been taken down as well.
