BwareDWare94 723 Posted September 18, 2017 (edited) Vikes need Bradford or this season will be Sadford. Wentz= real deal. The connection with Jeffrey is electric, and his velocity is great Edited September 18, 2017 by BwareDWare94
RazorStar 4,025 Posted September 18, 2017 Impressed by the way our team rebounded after some shaky fumbles after the rain delay. We were the first team to make Zeke and the cowboys line look mortal. I don't think Dez is an elite WR anymore. Turns out facing the Saints defense is the cure to all offensive ails. Tom Brady looked like Tom Brady once again, so hopefully people shut up about the Pats being done, because they won't be until Brady or Belichick retire. The Steelers might be the least impressive 2 win team so far this year. They barely edged out the Browns, and beat the Vikes with a 3rd string QB. I really like what TJ Watt is doing though, he just keeps building on his rookie of the year campaign. The other team to compete for that vaunted title would be the Carolina Panthers. It was a mighty struggle to beat the Bills, but it really shouldn't have been. The offense sputtered in the Red Zone and kept leaving the Bills chances to come back into the game. At the very least, the defense is doing an amazing job this season, and it's going to have to continue if the Panthers want to come back to the post season. Milla4Prez63 678 Posted September 18, 2017 I'll go on about the Bucs' performance, it was an awesome win and it was the first game I've attended live since 2012. I love that the Bucs defense picked up where they left off last season. I geniunely think we have one of the more underrated defenses in the league, ever since the players settled into Mike Smith's defense in the middle of the year last year we have been forcing turnovers left and right while keeping plays in front of us and not giving up those big explosive plays. It was truly tough to gauge our offense yesterday because we basically shut everything down somewhat early with the game getting out of hand. Jameis still needs to work on his deep ball accuracy it's his biggest issue at the moment (yes, even over INTs, which he didn't throw one yesterday), he missed D-Jax twice down the field and he also had Sims open for a TD and overthrew him. We also didn't get a chance to really show off most of our weapons. Mike Evans did what he does, but Jackson, Humphries, Godwin, Howard and Brate were all quiet. But just having all these guys is a huge difference, defenses can no longer focus all their attention to keeping Evans under control. Our run game managed 117 yards, but it wasn't super efficient. We ran the ball a lot with a big lead in the 2nd half. Peyton Barber looked like our best back yesterday, but he didn't get any touches until the 4th when the Bears defense was already worn down by the Tampa heat and they were losing by 29 points, so it was unlikely we saw maximum effort (Deadpool would've been disappointed) by that defense.Good win, on to Minnesota. SteVo+ 3,702 Posted September 18, 2017 I'm also impressed by how stacked the AFC West is. Of course the Chargers are finding ways to lose games, because that's what they do, but the other three teams are great. The Chiefs are probably the best team in football right now. Omerta+ 1,206 Posted September 19, 2017 I think our defense could be tops in the league, I think our offense is starting to click. WE are 3rd in the league in rushing and Flacco had a good game, which is the second game he has played. I think he has a tough matchup against the Jags defense but it will tell us lot. I think that our defense stifles them completely, and our offense can run on them. I think their defense could also stifle us.

seanbrock 1,684 Posted September 19, 2017 Eagles/Chiefs- Was very happy with the play of the Eagles defense. That defensive line is nothing short of dominant. My biggest issue with the Eagles right now is just the unwillingness to run the ball. You don't drop back 45 times against a defense like KC. That's a great way to get your young franchise QB hurt. I understand the Chiefs kind of dare you to through the ball with how much they play around the line of scrimage but you have at least try to run the ball. I fear we're looking at Andy Reid part duex in Philly. This Eagles team is talented but this is going to be an issue as long as Doug is HC As far as the Chiefs go...even without Berry that defense is really fucking good. Offensively, people look at the QB and think they're nothing special but their offensive skill players just present so many match up problems that it's only a matter of time before they break some big plays even with a "game manager" at QB. This is a 12 win team. They're impressive Cowboys/Broncos- Like I said, Brandon Marshall is a difference maker and one of the more underrated players in the entire league. They still have 3 CB's that allow them to play man and just get after the QB and that's exactly what they did against Dallas. I also continue to support Seimian. He's very poised lol. All jokes aside, the kid can play. When he gets protection he takes care of the football and puts the ball in the hands of his play makers. They don't need an All Pro at QB to make a deep playoff run this year The Cowboys got exposed. Their defensive front seven got dominated by an improved but still not too great Denver offensive line and even before the injuries started mounting they couldn't cover anyone. I think the struggles to run the ball are an aberration and they're still going to be good but they are not a dominant team and are far from the lock that many had them as to win the division. Green Bay/Atlanta - I didn't even really watch this game. Green Bay's new nitro package is a good idea but without Mike Daniels I'm not sure they have the personnel in the secondary to execute it. Atlanta is looking impressive. Dan Quinn has done a great job with their defense. That speed they have on defense really showed up. I had the Panthers winning that division because Atlanta felt like a good candidate for the old Super Bowl hangover but they are clearly still the best team in that division.
