oochymp 2,393 Posted January 15, 2016 honestly, most states have at-will employment as a base rule (assuming you're working for a private employer as opposed to the guv'ment) which means you can be fired for any reason as long as it's not discriminatory that said, blots is probably right, it's a dick move but I'd be very surprised if they fired a good employee for it Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
