I'd still be down for participating, but I won't be able to dedicate the time it takes to organize and run everything. Also, it's still very early in the offseason. If there is one that shows up though, I'd be more than willing to pick a different team. Also, if SteVo like he said is unavailable and noone else can do it, I'd be willing to run it like SteVo did last year. I'm on usually for at least an hour a day in the afternoon. The commish should probably be someone who is really gung-ho about checking this nonstop or at least multi-daily. Also need mod powers, its a little tough to organize. As a matter of fact muliple commissioners will be needed. There don't need to be politics, debates or fights about anthing that whoever the commissioner ends up being would have to settle or anything. Just people to update and edit posts, control the clock, make the super long list of picks, see that players arn't selected twice, auto pick for someone who goes over the 24 hour limit, etc etc. The main thing you gotta do is make the threads and sticky them in the draft forum. The threads last year were I believe: Draft Results Thread - topic which is locked and cannot be replied to; only purpose is to display a complete list of every pick of every round which is edited each time a pick is made so we know who has already been selected and who is up next Draft Selection Thread - topic which members/GMs post their picks in the order listed in the above thread Draft Discussion Thread - for criticism of stupid picks, reactions to picks, official trades that go through, etc Updated We should also get a schedule made so we know when all this stuff is going to occur. It takes about a month to complete all 7 rounds given how we are lucky to get 6 selections posted on a given day since we all have different schedules and crap. I say we let the signups roll for another couple weeks, and get this shit rolling at least by the end of this month Does anybody know the deadline for which college players are required to state whether they are returning to school or entering the draft?
